| a. Show students a short video to let them know AmE and BrE are different in pronunciation and ask them to give more examples. | ||||
| b. Show students a short video to let them know AmE and BrE are different in vocabulary and ask them to give more examples. | ||||
| c. Show them several groups of words and let them look at them carefully to see if they can discover the difference in spelling. | ||||
| Step 3 :Speaking | ||||
| a. Let students read the dialogue on page 15 and circle the words that mean the same. | ||||
| b. Let them make a dialogue according to the given situations on page 15 | ||||
| c. Ask 4 groups to perform their dialogue while choosing one from the rest to draw the route on the map. If he/she can draw it correctly, he/she will be the winner. | ||||
| Step 4 : Homework | ||||
