一、教学内容分析
本节课教学内容系译林版《英语》三年级下册 Unit5 How old are you?一单元。本节课是第一课时,主要学习内容是Story Time板块。本板块场景是在Toy Museum的自助购物区里,Mike一家在不同的购物区内参观玩耍的过程,同时也向学生介绍了Toy Museum的基本常识,即可根据参观者的年龄划分展区,选购玩具,以便最大程度地满足参观者的需求。 二、教学对象分析
本课适用于小学三年级学生,学生在学习本课之前已经具备一定的英语基础,如课堂上能够听懂老师常用的课堂用语,具备一定的词句认读以及与所学知识相关的词汇储备等,如课前大部分学生对1-10的英文数字已经比较熟悉,部分学生对于询问年龄的句型How old are you? 及其回答I’m…有所了解,这些都为本节课的顺利学习奠定了基础。 三、教学目标分析 1、语言知识目标
① 学生能听懂、会说和会读日常交际用语和句型How old are you? I’m… How lovely! Here you are.
② 学生能听懂、会说、会读单词lovely。
③ 学生能听得懂、会说、会读、会拼写单词one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten。 ④ 学生能正确理解、掌握故事内容,并能朗读、表演故事。 2、语言技能目标
① 学生能运用句型How old are you? 及其答句I’m…了解他人年龄。
② 学生能在以“In the library”为话题的任务活动中,运动本节课所学的重点词句进行口语输出,提升语言综合运用能力。 3、情感态度目标
① 通过学习,学生了解西方人对于“年龄”这一话题的相关知识,增强对西方文化的了解,形成跨文化交际意识和能力。
② 能运用所学英语知识与他人进行交流,善于表达自我,增强自信,保持对英语学习的持久兴趣。 四、教学重点
1、学生能正确理解、掌握故事内容,并能朗读、表演故事。

2、通过故事学习,学生能了解玩具博物馆的基本常识,即不同的玩具适合不同年龄段的孩子。 五、教学难点
1、数词five, eight的发音。

教师用红笔圈出玩具博物馆里印有Ages: 6-10,Ages: 2-5的字样,让学生猜一猜用意是什么。
