can ask, “Do you have a ping-pong ball?”. If you have one, you can say, “Yes, I do” (happily). But if you don’t have, you can say “No, I don’t”. Clear?
T: OK. One more example. What’s this?
S: It’s a basketball.
T: So we can ask, “Do you have a basketball?”. And if you have, you can say, “Yes, I do”. But if you don’t, you can say “No, I don’t”.
