3. 能在老师的帮助下简单复述故事梗概或片段。
二、情感态度目标:
1、敢于开口,表达中不怕出错。
2、积极参与各种课堂学习活动。
3、培养学生意识到在家要多帮父母做家务的传统美德。
三、学习策略目标:
1.运用“任务型”教学让学生通过预设问题听课文的方式引导学生积极投入故事。
2.通过猜测让学生了解故事。
3.运用朗读的方式让学生熟悉故事内容,
4.通过角色扮演巩固知识和故事,同时激发学生兴趣。
2学情分析
一、学习者分析:
本课的教学对象是小学六年级的学生。这些学生从小学三年级开始学习英语,已经掌握了一些英语基础知识。本课的故事内容对他们而言相对比较简单,不存在生词以及难懂的句型。通过老师的引导,学生完全有能力读懂整篇故事。
二、学习内容分析:
本课为冀教版三年级起始第7册第6课,六年级第一学期适用。本课故事语言文字材料较为简单,容量适中,插图及文字幽默风趣,易于引发学生阅读兴趣。授课时间为30分钟。
3重点难点
一、教学重点:
1. 能在故事插图和老师的帮助下读懂故事,并正确朗读故事;
2. 能够养成按意群阅读故事的习惯;
二、教学难点:
1. 能在老师的帮助下简单复述故事梗概或片段。

活动1【导入】Step Ⅰ:Greetings and warm-up.
Greetings.
1.Show a picture of my daughter.
2.Where is she?
3.What is she doing?
Let students know there is a baby in our story.
活动2【讲授】Step Ⅱ:Pre-reading activities
1. Let the students read the story in silent, and then find the questions.
(1) What’s the baby’s name?
(2)Where does baby go?
2、Let the class observe the pictures 1 to picture 8.
Ask and show some questions:
活动3【讲授】Step Ⅲ:While--reading activities
Picture one to two:
1、Guessing: In the kitchen, What does Baby Becky do?
2、1) Let them read loudly.
2) Show some questions on the screen:
1、What can baby say?
2、What does Baby Becky do?
3、What does her mother say?
3)Checking the answer
Picture three to four:
1、Listen and read after the audiotape.
2、Show some questions.
3、Make a judge.
①I like to cook.
②I open the fridge.
③I make lunch.
④I cook tomatoes for dinner.
4. Becky is cooking eggs, What does her mother say?
Picture five to picture six:
1. Read this part with your partner.
2. Circle the question: What does Baby Becky do?

1.Talk about the picture seven
Where do they go?
How does Becky feel?
How does Becky’s mother feel?
2.Read and underline
What does her mother say?

活动4【活动】StepⅣ:Post-reading activities.
1. Discuss the question: At the end of the story, Becky’s mother says: “Yes. It’s your, now.” Why?
2.Look at the blackboard, talk about the story again
3. Make a Role-play in groups. Then act it out.
活动5【作业】StepⅤ:Home work:
1. Ask your parents to tell you one of the stories when you were a small baby.
2. Help your mother do some housework.
