课题:PEP五年级上册 Unit5 Let’s spell
课时:一课时
在教学中,我通过文本再构的方式,并通过一系列语音意识训练活动,引导学生进行发现式的学习,观察、感知、体验并自己归纳出ai和ay字母组合在单词中的发音规则,并加以运用。
2. 学生情况分析:
五年级学生有一定的词汇和句型基础,基本形成英语学习习惯,能够在教师指导下顺利学习,能够在教师指令下参加一些活动,对直观生动的东西充满兴趣。但对于字母组合的发音还比较陌生。
三、教学目标
1. 语言知识与技能目标:
1.通过听例词发音,观察共有的特征,学习ai和ay字母组合在单词中的发音规则。
2.根据发音,找出正确的单词,强化ai和ay字母组合的音形对应关系。 3.通过ai和ay字母组合发音规则的学习,不但能听写单词还能创造单词。
2. 学习策略目标:
1.通过故事的引入及提问、自学,建立以学生为主的探究模式,在活
动的设计中采用由易到难的方式,层层递进,并以游戏为载体,激发孩子们的学习热情。
2.利用小组活动,开展交流与合作,让学生做到用英语做事。 3.利用有效的let’s find、let’s read和Let’s write活动,培养学生自主学习能力。
3. 情感态度与文化意识目标:
1.通过答题以及小组合作的学习方式培养学生与人合作,共同进步的良好氛围。
2.通过《小壁虎借尾巴》故事的引入,让学生了解童话故事。 3.通过壁虎借尾巴的故事,让学生明白凡事顺其自然的道理。
四、教学重、难点
1. 教学重点:
ai和ay字母组合在单词中的发音规则。 2. 教学难点:
1.ai和ay字母组合在单词中的发音。 2.根据发音规则拼读单词。
五、 教学过程设计(方法、手段、意图)
课前活跃气氛: T:Hello! Boys and girls! Do you like sing a sing? 师生一起唱《rain rain go away》 T:What’s the weather like in the cartoon? 引出 rainy , day. Step 1:Lead-in
1. T: Let’s begin our class! I’m Miss tang. My English name is Daisy. T:Hello! Boys and girls ! Ss: Hello! Daisy!
与学生打招呼问好,介绍老师的名字叫Daisy.
(设计意图:通过师生的互问,缓解课堂的气氛并感知ai的发音。)
2. 师出示唐老鸭老婆的图片 T:Look at here , who is she? 再次呈现出Daisy的尾巴引出本节课的单词tail. 3. 出示牛的尾巴,再出示没有尾巴的壁虎。 T: The gecko has no tail.
T:Is the gecko happy now ? Ss: No! T: Let’s help him to find the tail ? ok? 4. 教师分组 T:Now , today. Daisy has five geckos. You are gecko 1, gecko2, gecko3, gecko4, gecko5. You’ll try your best and climb the steps. At last, you have a long tail.
T: So, In this class, you have four tasks. If you can finish them, the gecko can go upstairs and get a long tail.
(设计意图:通过短尾巴、漂亮的尾巴、长尾巴,出示没有壁虎的尾巴引出本节课的任务找尾巴。同时展示本节课的评价方式以及闯关模式。)
Step2: Tasks passing. Task 1: Let’s find.
1. 看故事第一遍
T: Here is task 1 , let’s find.
T: At first,Let’s watch the story about gecko! 2. 自读故事。
A;T: Read this story by yourselves. 圈出单词。
T: Now, Read this story by yourselves, Circle the words with “ai”and “ay”.
Read and circle the words with “ai”and “ay” , like in “rainy” “day”.
读故事,圈出含有“ai,ay”的单词,例如:“rainy, day”
B;Find the words T:What did you find?
rainy rainbow tail wait day play may way
T:How to read “ai”? How to read “ay”? Let’s watch the story again. 3. 看故事第二遍,找出“ai, ay ”的发音。 4. 出示【ei】的发音视频。
T: oh, They have the same of the pronunciation 【ei】.
T: Wonderful! Boys and girls , Can you find now? Now , let’s go on. (设计意图:通过看故事,自读故事,以自主学习的方式找出本节课所要学习的字母组合的单词。 让孩子们了解字母组合“ai”和“ay”的
发音,并能找出规律。) Task 2: Let’s read
1. Listen and repeat. (听录音,跟读) T:Oh, There are some words on the screen! At first, Let’s listen and repeat! 2. Let’s read together! 3.I point, you say!
2. Let’s play a game (翻盘游戏)

(设计意图: 通过听读,一起读更加深入的了解字母组合“ai”和“ay”的发音。并用日历这一形式让学生操练拼读,实践了自主学习,让学生成为课堂的主人。)

Rainy day , rainy day , oh! It’s a rainy day Rainbow ,rainbow , I can paint a rainbow . Birthday, birthday, Let’s say happy birthday!
(1) 听老师读,学生掌握节奏。 (2) 师生一起读。
T: let’s read together~! T: Each group gets one step! (3)小组练习读。
T:Practise this chant in your groups! Tips for you ! 1. Speak loudly, correctly. (声音洪亮, 发音准确)
2. Well done (声情并茂, 有肢体语言) 3. 1 minute (限时一分钟)
Choose two groups to have a show.
(设计意图:利用chant的形式,活跃了课堂气氛并能让孩子们在句子中操练“ai”和“ay”发音。) Task 3:Let’s write
T: Listen and fill in “ai” or “ay”.

T: Who can try? (请学生回答)
T: Wonderful , can you read now? Ss: Yes! T: oh! Yes ! The gecko can move on!
(设计意图:这一环节是前两个环节的提升,采用回归故事的形式,使用故事里的句子来达成听音能写的目标,并会读故事里的句子。) Task 3:Let’s make
T: Can you make some words? At this time, please use these letters to
make some words. Just like b-ay -bay. Tips for you ~!
1. work in pairs. (小组合作写单词,选一人记录)

3. 2 minutes (限时2分钟)
T: Group leaders , show me your paper! T: Can you read ?
师总结:You can make many many words , maybe you don’t know meanings. After class , We can look up the words in the dictionary together.
(设计意图:学生能通过本节课所学习的字母组合和规律创编更多更多的单词。)
T: we’ve finished all the tasks, congratulations. The gecko has a long tail. As we know , we can learn many many words by grasping the letter combinations. Just like the gecko in the story ,Let it be ! The tail will be longer and longer.
Homework Here is your homework.
1. Read the text on P50 after the tape 2 times.
2. Write down the words which include “ai” and “ay” as many as you can.
Assessment:
T: Let’s see which group gets a long tail .Yes, Group.....

六、教学评价
1. 评价内容:
1. 闯关部分:设计四个关卡,让孩子们闯关,完成每个关卡则对应前进。
2. 展示部分:学生表演chant, 让学生评价给他们多少步奖励。 2. 评价方法:
将学生分为5个组,学生通过听,说,读,写帮助断了尾巴小壁虎爬梯子的方式竞赛,最先爬完梯子的小组将获得一条小尾巴。七、板书设计
