教学目标
1. 知识技能目标 a. 掌握A、B部分“Let’s learn”,“Let’s talk”中的词汇和句子。 b. 能理解There be句型的含义并灵活运用There be句型进行问答练习。 2. 情感策略文化目标 a. 帮助学生熟练学习自信心,养成良好的学习习惯。 b. 培养学生积极运用所学的语言进行表达和交流,注意观察生活及运用所学英语知识,鼓励学生自主、合作、探究的学习行为。
2学情分析
五年级的学生已有一定的英语基础。学生喜欢英语课,上课时能够专心听讲,能够积极主动的发言,思想比较单纯,善于提问。他们善于模仿,对于边说边做和chant有浓厚的兴趣,学生们对英语课堂充满兴趣,在兴奋中学习英语,能产生事半功倍的效果。
3重点难点
教学重点:1. 句型:There is /are …in/ on/ near/ under … 2. 词汇:clock, photo, plant, bike, water bottle.
教学难点: 1. 能用There be句型描述某处有某物。 2. 能用适当的介词描述物体的方位。

活动1【导入】sing a song
1,on, in, under, by,on, in, under, by, where is the spider?
2,Warming exercises.(TPR全身反应法)
Stand up! Sit down! Swim! Run. Put your book on your head. Put your book in your desk. Put book near your pen. Put your book on your desk.
活动2【讲授】Presentation
呈现新课
1.教师展示课件中信件图片,提问学生 What’s on my desk? 引出Robin的来信。引出整体篇章,师读信件,生整体感知并思考如何来描述一间房间或图片。
2.生总结出There be 句型后,师带着生感知信件,再读信中重点句型。师出示词条There is /are …in the classroom.请生试着造句。
3.PPT呈现课件房子,师提问 Look! What’s in my picture? There is a house in the picture. Where is the cat? There is a cat near / on the house.
4.PPT 呈现客厅图片,新词一一呈现,生试着用there be句型描述新词物品位置。如:There is bike near the sofa. / There is a photo on the wall….
5.Let’s chant.课件出示自编新词chant,教师带着学生一起应着节奏说唱: There is a plant on the floor. There is a bike near the sofa. There is a clock on the wall. There is a water bottle near the photo.

操练
1.Game: Find the differences. 大家来找茬。
课件出示两间不同房间图片,请学生用there be 句型来描述两个房间不同之处。
2.Let’s talk
a. 介绍对话情景 T: There is a photo of Zhang Peng’s room. Sarah and Zhang Peng are talking about the room. Let’s listen to the tape and know something about their talking. 第一次播放教学动画,学生边看边思考问题 What’s in Zhang Peng’s room?
b. 第二次播放教学录音,学生跟读对话,提醒学生在跟读的过程中药注意模仿录音中的语音、语调。读后回答下面问题: ① Where is the computer ? ② Where is the photo?
c.自读课文,小组合作完成课件中出示的对话,填空。
d.给生一分钟试着背诵这篇对话,完成课件对话。
活动4【活动】Consolidstion and extension
巩固与延伸
1. Design a new room and describe it in groups. 请生自己设计一间房间,画下来,在小组内用there be 句型介绍你的房间。
