一、教材分析:
本单元学习的是学生最熟悉的家庭成员的称谓。通过介绍照片中的人物,帮助学生复习巩固This/That is … , These/Those are … 以及询问人物的特殊疑问句Who is/are …?
这节课是整个单元的第4课时,主要围绕照片来谈论介绍人物,通过复习、归纳、总结之前所学,学生反复练习家庭成员称谓的词汇、句子、对话,然后进行篇章阅读理解,最后落实到写作上。本节课既要在复习过程中充分体现教材内容的渐进性和层次性,又要在教师的指导下使学生能不断地重复掌握本单元的生词和新句型,从而达到熟练运用所学内容介绍家庭成员的目的。
二、Teaching aims (教学目标):
1. Students can do the following three points by studying this unit:
(1) Communicate in English, ask and introduce their family members. (用英语介绍、询问、交流家庭成员。)
(2) Understand the relationship between the each family member, identify the singular forms and the plural forms of noun. (能用英语对每个家庭成员的关系进行思考。例如,见到father's mother,他们能很快反应出是指grandmother。同时能辨别什么时候用名词的单数形式、什么时候用名词的复数形式。)
(3) According to a family photo, can use the sentences to write a short passage to introduce family members.(根据一张全家福照片,可以利用所学句型写一篇介绍家庭成员的小短文。)
2. Students can use English to think, and clarify the relationship between family members, so as to inspire their love for the family. (通过对家庭成员的学习,学生能用英语思考,并理清家庭成员之间的关系,从而激发他们对家人的热爱。)
