一、 教学内容分析
这篇文本以邮件的形式包含三则消息,分别是提出邀请、接受邀请和拒绝邀请。 作者通过书面形式礼貌地提出、接受和拒绝邀请来表达在人际交往中要学会用得体的语言讨论责任与义务。
首先,作者先是向全班同学写了一封为Ms. Steen准备的惊喜派对邀请函,然后收到了两封回信----①He Wei的乐意接受邀请②Jake的礼貌地回绝邀请,他们都很愿意为派对提供帮助。

T: Just now. I said that I will have a party. Right? So I have to make preparations. I have to make an invitation card, make sure whether you can accept my invitation or turn down my invitation.
