The flag of Australia is inside Australia’s flag.

3、使学生了解中外文化,扩充视野,增长知识。培养学生的创新思维以及良好的学习习惯,帮助学生建立自信,体验到学习英语的快乐。

Greeting
Good morning boys and girls .Today we will learn a new lesson .It's about one country .First, let's play a game(Let’s guess).猜谜游戏。
a.) China
The capital city is Beijing.这个国家的首都是北京。
It's flag is red and yellow .It has five stars.它的国旗是红色和黄色,国旗上有五颗星星。

People speak Chinese.人们讲汉语。
It has Tian'anmen Square and the Palace Museum.这个国家有天安门以及故宫。
请学生猜它是哪个国家:What country is it?(China.)
b.) Canada
It's north of the U.S.它在美国北部。
The capital city is Ottawa..它的首都是渥太华。
The flag is red and white. It has a leaf.它的国旗是红色和白色。
People speak French and English.人们讲法语和英语。
It has Niagara falls and the CN Tower.这个国家拥有尼亚加拉大瀑布以及电视塔。
请学生猜它是哪个国家:What country is it ?(Canada.)

The capital city is London . 这个国家的首都是伦敦。

首先在黑板上帖好中国地图,然后请学生到讲台上把澳大利亚的地图帖黑板上,注意以中国地图为参照物。
c.)What do they speak in Australia ?人们讲何种语言?
(They speak English .)

[Teacher] I say the countries and you should speak out the capital cities as quickly as you can .
以上游戏环节引入竞争机制。将班级按男生女生分成两组,如果答对一题,给学生所在的组加一颗星,比一比哪个组星星多,多者获胜。
Let' devide our class into two groups, Boys are group one .Girls are group two. If you're right , I will give you a star. Let' take a look which group will be first .
