UNIT 2 CLONING TEACHINGDESIGN (教学设计)
一、Teaching goals (教学目标) 1.skill goals (技能目标)
Know the basic knowledge about cloning(了解克隆的基本知识)
Know something about Dolly the sheep and the arguments about cloning(了解克隆羊Dolly以及关于克隆的不同见解) 2. emotional aims:(情感目标) Get the students to be aware of cloning ;meanwhile get them to form their own opinions and treat cloning in a reasonable attitude.(使学生对克隆有正确的认识,同时形成自己的观点并且要用理性的态度看待克隆。) 3.ability goals(能力目标)
a.Help students improve the ability of getting detailed information and summary.(课堂反馈与学生互动的能力;依据课文线索搜寻具体信息并总结) b.Help students learn to express their opinions.(敢于表达自己观点的能力)
c.Let the students pack up the information by themselves.(独立整理信息的能力)

Show the students some real plants and get to the topic:cloning. Step 2: warming up
Show the students four pictures and let them tell which ones are natural cloning and which man-made. Step 3: reading

Step 5: Discussion: Are you for or against cloning? 1.Divide the students into different groups and give them time to discuss. 2.Let the students report their opinions. 3.The teacher makes a conclusion.

(一)通过本课教学,我有如下几点反思:
1、结合生物学科进度,点燃学生对cloning克隆的兴趣;体会学科间融会贯通、
相互衔接促进的巨大实用意义。 备课前,了解学生对克隆的认识与知识储备,得知生物学科正好同步讲了“克隆”,我顿时轻松了许多。在学生了解课文主题“克隆”这个专业知识的基础上,进行英文讲解、学习,既能极大地调动学生的学习欲望与兴趣,又能更利于学生的吸收,促进学习效率。我深深体会到学科间融会贯通、相互衔接促进的巨大实用意义。
2.创设环节情景,给学生提供尽可能的参与课堂活动和展现自我的机会。
学生充分参与形式多样的学习情景活动,并大胆展示其学习结果,调到了学生的英语学习积极性和主动性。
3.“寓教于乐”促进理解并形成观点。
借助实物导课,抓住学生注意力,引起学生的兴趣,使其自然顺利地进入课堂氛围,为后面的深入了解做好铺垫。授课中采用先分后总的方法,通过多样化的课堂练习巩固学生对课文内容的理解,在理解的基础上展开讨论,帮助学生最终形成自己的观点。让学生在轻松、愉悦、民主的氛围中,获取知识,整个教学遵循“寓教于乐”的原则展开。 4.衔接高考。
结合课堂问题的设置,将阅读理解的具体方法、巧妙技巧渗透其中,促进高二年级学生的阅读理解能力,与高考自然衔接。 (二) 今后指导
1.课堂思路设计一定要符合学生实际能力,达到在有效课堂时间内充分发挥学生潜能,尽量让不同层次学生都有所收获,既全体进步,又促进学生个性发展,进而有效地实现教学目的。
2.课堂形式的设计应该更科学化,既能有效充实课堂内容,又能帮助学生高效获得知识。而不至于因为多媒体的应用干扰了学生的思维,影响了学生注意力的集中程度。因此,必须定准每堂课的教学目标,有针对性的运用多媒体。对于多媒体与课堂教学的整合应在不断的实践中,不断完善,使课堂教学更合理、更科学、更高效。
