1. Instructional aims
At the end of the lesson, students are able to:
1) express their opinion about a festival by use of some words 2) cooperate with others and exchange information in discussion 3) know how to write quickly and how to evaluate a passage. 2. Educational aims
At the end of the lesson, students are able to:
1) increase their interest and confidence in writing; 2) develop the love for traditional Chinese festivals; 3) appreciate the beauty behind the traditional festivals. 3. Personal objectives
1) Teacher can try to adopt PWP model in teaching writing;
2) Teacher can stimulate students interest and confidence in English learning; 3) Teacher can manage the class efficiently and know her students well. Focal/ Difficult points:
