1. T: Everything is ready. Let’s begin our class.
2. T: I like traveling. Would you like traveling with me? <<播放视频>>
T: What is it about? S: Seasons. 以四季名称分组 Let’s play a guessing game. (复习春夏)
Step II: Presentation
T: Spring and summer are very nice. Today we’ll learn the third and fourth season.
1.Topic学生默读课文,体会本课主题。 S: Autumn and winter.(板书) 2.Autumn
1) 提示学生作者从“order、time ……”几方面来描写秋天,请学生
们朗读一、二段,找出关键词并填表格。
S: Order, time, weather,days, colour, leaves, farmers (people) 2)T: Which order is autumn of the year? S: Autumn is the third 板书season of the year. T: When does autumn begin?
(课件)S: Autumn begins around September . (板书) T: What’s the weather like in autumn? (课件)
S:In autumn, the weather gets cooler and cooler. (板书) T: What about the days? (课件)
S : In autumn the days get shorter and shorter. (板书) T: What colour is autumn?
S: Autumn is the gold season. (板书) (课件old, gold) T: Why autumn is the gold season?
S: The leaves on the trees are yellow and brown. (板书)
T: What are the farmers doing? Look! Are they picking oranges? S: No, they are picking apples. (板书)
T: Yes, they are busy picking apples.
出图:cut rice T: What are they busy doing? S: They are busy cutting rice.
T: Yes, the farmers are busy harvesting.(出图) car, hard, park, garden →harvesting讲 T: Are you busy harvesting now?
S: No, we’re busy studying. Yes! The teacher is busy teaching. 5)T: OK, Boys and girls, please fill in the form about autumn. 表格呈现答案核对。 3.Winter
1)按照讲授秋天段落的方法,让学生自主学习,填好相应表格。 S: Winter is the fourth and last season of the year.(板书,表格) S: Winter begins around December. (板书) S: The weather is cold and it snows. S: Winter is the white season.
S: The children are playing with snow. (板书)
2)T: Do you often play with snow in winter? What do you often do in winter?
S: I often sweep the snow/ make a snowman… 3) (处理生词)

作文(手抄报)
让学生们用手中的图片制作本组季节的手抄报,然后在组内谈一谈相关话题。I like … best. Step IV: Homework
1. Read the article and retell it.
2. Collect some information about the seasons. 3. Write something about the season you like best.
