一.教材分析:
我本次所讲的内容是PEP小学英语四年级上册Unit 4 My home Part C Story time 这一部分.本单元围绕与学生生活联系紧密的“My home”话题展开,本次课是本单元C部分的故事阅读教学,是在学生对前面A、B部分房间及物品词了解的基础上通过“小故事”来进一步巩固和运用四会单词及句子, 同时也培养学生的阅读能力和表达能力.
教学理念:注重学生语言能力的培养,从整体设计,内容安排,活动设计上联系学生实际,以情景教学贯穿整个教学过程,同时把知识,技能目标融汇在完成任务的过程中。
二.教学目标
1. 让学生能理解、阅读和表演故事。
2. 巩固和操练句型Are they ....? 和 Where are the....?
三.学情分析
四年级学生活泼好动,对英语学习充满乐趣。本课所授内容是PEP教材四年级上册第四单元C部分的故事阅读教学,本内容是在完成A、B两部分教学后进行的,旨在巩固和操练本单元的重点句型和培养学生的阅读能力。
四.重点难点
(1)巩固和操练句型Are they ....? 和 Where are the....? (2)让学生能理解、阅读和表演故事。
五.教学过程
活动1【导入】1.Greeting and warming up。师生对话讨论朋友的长相,有没有戴眼镜。为后面文本的教学做铺垫。
2. Let’s sing<< In my home>>
3. 通过歌曲说一说你分别能在房间里面做些什么,里面有些什么物品及摆设。目的是复习本单元的单词和句子,为后面的故事做铺垫。
活动2【讲授】Presentation
1. Introduce characters: (1).Introduce uncle bear. T: Who is it? Ss: It’s Zoom.
T: Look! It’s older than Zoom.It’s Uncle Bear. Let’s call it together. Ss: Uncle Bear.
(2).Introduce grandfather bear.
T: Oh, the bear has beard . It’s old. We call it “grandpa bear”. 2. Leading:
Look at the uncle bear and grandpa bear. They have glasses,but they lost glasses today. They can’t see clearly. Let’s help them to find their glasses! Go!
3. See the video once. Ask the question: What are they looking for? 4. Discuss with your partners, underline the difficult ones. 5.Explain the difficult ones, read once. 6. Teach the story one picture by one picture. (1) Look at picture 1.
a. Read after me, “Do you see my glasses? No. Are they on the fridge?”板书:Are they on the fridge?
b. Let’s practice.课件呈现练习图片。 Look at the picture and complete the sentences. For example:
I say, “Are they on the...? ”. Then you say, “fridge”
I say, “Are they on ”. Then you say, “the fridge” Do you understand?
(换其他单词,出示图片) Are they on the table?Are they on the bed\sofa? Are they in the bedroom?....
(2) Look at picture 2, answer the questions: a. Look! Glasses! Are they on the desk\chair\fridge? b. Are they Grandpa’s glasses? No,they aren’t. c. How to say?他怎么说的?
d. Let’s say together, “Those are not my glasses.”
e.出现思维导图的枝干,引出“Grandpa bear’s glasses are not on the fridge.”告诉学生不能把眼镜乱放,要放在眼镜盒里面。You should put your glasses in the glasses box. (3) Look at picture 3: a. Answer the questions:
Are they Grandpa’s glasses? No, they aren’t. Are they Uncle Bear’s glasses? Yes, they are.
b. 出现思维导图的枝干,引出“Where are Uncle bear’s glasses? 教读 句子My glasses are on the table.
c. And where are Grandpa’s glasses? Let’s see what Grandpa bear say. (带读熊爷爷的台词Where are my glasses?)
d. Flash card.闪卡 (课件呈现句型Where are my glasses?其中glasses用眼镜的图片代替,带读两次后考考学生的眼力,利用课件出现闪图,学生快速看后,用Where are my _____?来表述所看见的飞走的图片。) (4)Look at picture 4:
a. Answer the question:
Where are the glasses?
b. 出现思维导图的枝干,引出“Where are Grandpa bear’s glasses?的位置,教读句子Your glasses are on the bed. (5) Look at picture 5: a. What happen?教读Oh, my....
b. How to do? 引出并教读” Let’s change our glasses.” (6) Look at picture 5:
Are they ok now? What do they say? 引出并教读第六幅图的两句话。
活动3【活动】Group work.
(1)Fill in the blank. Finish the sentences and read.
(2)Act the whole story.
(3)Retell the story.
活动4【练习】整理房间
a. 先看小猪佩奇的房间,教学生如何去把房间整理干净,如何把东西摆放整齐有序。
b. 出示Zoom 的房间,师生讨论说一说房间的摆设。
六.情感升华
设计意图:情感上的教育,让孩子爱家,爱亲人。
七. Homework:
a. 表演故事。
b. 跟朋友或家人说一说自己的房间。
