The grammar topic of this module is familiar to grade two students because they tend to
summarize a composition by using inverted sentences for emphasis, as well as they usually meet with grammatical questions related to inversion in their examination papers. Hence, they are enthusiastic about this class and have the competence of linguistic output concerning inversion.
Students are in their second year of senior high school and have grasp a relatively wide range of language competence, problem-solving ability and teamwork spirit. They are very interested in concluding general grammar rules in context through group discussion, and they tend to have the opportunity to apply what they have learned into practice. III. Important points
● Lead Ss to conclude grammar rules from context;

VII. Teaching Reflection
Benefits:
● Under the teacher’s guidance and encouragement, Ss are more willing to apply inversion into practice.
● Various kinds of tasks and activities done through group discussion enhances Ss’ teamwork and arouses their enthusiasm of learning grammar.
● Ss are motivated in both gaining knowledge but also emotional education. Shortcomings:
● Interaction between the teacher and Ss is not adequate for Ss themselves to explore their activeness.
