教材分析
本课例选自外研版必修3第6模块,本模块的题材内容主要的介绍了我国著名的三峡大坝工程。通过大型建筑工程的介绍,帮助学生了解它们给社会环境、经济所带来的日新月异的变化。在culture corner部分介绍了美国的帝国大厦,意在让学生了解当今世界的发展,开阔眼界,增强世界意识和时代责任感。
本课时的教学重点是引导不同层次的学生,在模块主题背景中,运用本模块所学的词汇和定语从句等表达方式完成书面练习并掌握撰写电子邮件的要点。 学情分析
本课授课对象为高一学生,就读于辽宁省大连市市内一般高中,学生英语词汇基础和口笔头表达基础均为中等偏下。授课班级为正常班型,人数42人,分为6个学习小组。
学习目标
基于上述分析,我将本节课的学习目标预设如下:
By the end of this lesson, the students will be able to improve their writing ability by 1. using attributive clause and some sentence patterns. 2. learning how to put useful details into writing. 3. combing the writing order.
重点难点
1、教学重点:
全体学生能够在有限时间内完成所给的写作任务。 2、教学难点:
难点一:A层B层同学,能够运用所学到的写作知识当场呈现出一篇质量上乘的习作。 难点二:C层同学在小组同学的帮助下,能够仿写句子。

Give the students the writing task.
1.Ask the groups to choose one of the best compositions to be presented in front of the whole class.
2.Guide the students to find out the good sentences that they used as well as correct the mistakes in the compositions.
3.Show the teacher’s composition.
Discuss in groups and try to present a complete passage.
Presentation one by one. Six groups, six compositions.

一, 本课在设计上充分考虑到本模块话题,除了在教材中提到的长城,香港机场,三峡大坝工程及美国帝国大
厦之外,又在本课给同学们提供了中国古代的赵州桥,现代的南京长江隧道,还有英国的维系敏斯特教堂的一些信息,使学生的视野在横纵,即从古代到现代,从国内到国外都有所延伸。
二, 课堂设计先复习已经学过的文本,然后从中启发学生发掘写作时会用到的句型句式的表达,进而深入练习,
为最后的完整的语篇输出做好了充分的铺垫,是写作这件事循序渐进,最后达成目标。
