3. If he or she blows out all the candles in one go, the wish will come true.
1) in one go 相当于汉语中的“同一次”,“一次性地”,其中
的介词还可用at, 即at one go。例如:

2) come true 表示愿望、梦想等的“实现”或“成为现实”。例如:
