课程说明：
新课程在“课程目标”中指出英语教学的目标就是要根据学习者的生理和心理以及他们的发展需求，激发其学习英语的积极性和自信心，自主增加信息输入，用生活中的英语来丰富自己的英语素养。建构主义认为，学习是一种活动过程，知识不是通过教师传授就能得到的，而是学习者在一定的情境或社会活动中，借助他人的帮助以及利用必要的学习资料，通过建构意义的方式而获得的。教师扮演的角色是引导者、助学者、鼓励者、高质量输入的提供者、咨询者、学习者的好朋友，反馈的提供者。而多媒体和网络则是学生在自主学习和合作探究时的借助媒体，保障学习者能有效地达到对所学知识的意义建构的工具。 信息技术环境软硬件要求及搭建环境情况 教室内使用PPT.。
教学背景分析
本课是人教版英语七年级下第十单元的第二课时，是一节听说课。本单元前一课时学生已经学习了一些关于食物的单词和一些中国特色菜的英文表达方式，为本课的听说练习做了语言的支撑。 教学目标
教学目标：在本节课结束时，学生能够： 1. tell the names of some Chinese food.
2. tell sentences with “would like”, “some” “any”, and “Wh-questions”. 3. order food in the restaurant and on the phone. 重点：订餐用语
难点：以小组的形式编一个订餐的英语剧。
