2学情分析
教学对象是五年级学生,他们已经正式学习了两年多的英语,有着一定的基础,已经掌握了部分交通工具的英文单词。又由于他们的年龄特点,课堂上要通过歌曲等吸引他们的注意力,要让他们广泛参与到教学活动中来。
3重点难点
1)学生能够辨别交通工具。
2)掌握句型How do you come to school? I come to school...,并运用所学进行交流。

活动1【导入】Pre-task preparations
1. (show some photos of Xinmin Primary School) T: Look at the photos.Do you know what place is it?
2. Sing a song.
Students listen to the song Our school will shine and sing together.
活动2【讲授】While-task procedures
1. T: I live far from our school. I come to school by bus. How do you come to school?
S1: I come to school by bike.
引出核心词汇by bike和核心句型How do you come to school? I come to school...
(write the key words and the key patterns on the blackboard.)
用同样的方法教学by bus, by car和on foot,告诉学生on foot和walk的区别。
2.通过playground引入underground,用bus引入school bus,学生跟着老师读。
活动3【活动】Ask and answer
T: How do you come to school? Students who have the same way to school can stand up and answer together.
活动4【讲授】 Listen and say.
1. 让学生带着问题观看Listen and say的视频。
Questions: How does Joe/ Alice/ Kitty/ Peter come to school?
2. Students watch the video.
3.Ask individual students to answer the questions.
4. Ask for more details about the dialogue.
活动5【练习】Think and write.
