一、学习者分析
The students are from Grade Five, which have some foundations in learning English, but it’s a bit difficult
for them to learn the phonics well, so I designed a lot of games to make them active. Besides ,they
have learnt the sound of “a-e”before so it’s not very difficult for them to learn the sound of “ai” and “ay”.But, they can’t understand the
orders that I gave in English quite well , as a result, Ishould use more body language and I will make a instructionwith students when I give them tasks.
二、教学目标
1. Language knowledge objectives.
1)学生能够通过听例词发音,观察例词结构特征,学习字母组合ai和ay在单词中的发音规则;
2)能够通过拆音,拼音和分类,帮助学生掌握字母组合ai 和ay在单词中的发音规律;
3)能够说唱歌谣,能够读出符合ai 和ay发音规则的单词;能够根据单词的发音规则将单词补充完整,最后能够写出单词,并做到书写规范正确。
4)能够阅读含有字母组合ai的绘本故事。
2. Language skill objectives.
1)能够完成拆音、拼音和分类等语音意识训练活动;
2)能够通过思维导图对本课的新知进行归纳总结;
3)能够阅读绘本,并自己创编含有字母组合ay的故事。
3. Emotion objectives
1)让学生感知单词中美妙而有趣的发音规律,提高学生的自主学习英语的能力和兴趣;
2)培养学生的团队合作意识。
三、教学重难点分析及解决措施
Teaching Important Points:
1)Be able to listen, speak, read and write the words with
“ai”and “ay” sound .
2)Be able to chant and read the story with the words of
“ai” and “ay” sound .
Teaching Difficult Points:
1)Be able to read words with
“ai” and “ay”sound correctly with the help of phonics.
2) Be able to create their own story and make a picture book.
Solutions:
1)Arrange some different kinds of activities to practise what they’ve learnt.
2)Design some interesting games to increase their interest in learning.
3)Cultivate their awareness of helping each other.
4)Encourage them to try their best to improve themselves.

1.Show the story, “Wait!Wait!Wait!” and guide Ss to answer the question: Where are the two snails going? 2.Play the recording of the story and have Ss think over the question: Who do they meet on their way to Spain? 3.Guide Ss to discuss these questions: “Do you like the two snails? Why or why not? |
