【设计思路】
本课是一节绘本拓展阅读课,将本单元的重难点句型融入绘本进行巩固、运用,并拓展学习绘本中的目标语言。绘本选自英国作家Lucy Cousins的Maisy系列,为了使绘本内容更加贴合Unit6的教学内容,执教者将两个绘本进行融合改编,形成新的绘本故事。通过“Maisy goes to the farm.”和“Maisy goes camping.”两条主线展开教学,让学生在不同形式的活动中进一步复习英文数字及重点句型What time is it/What’s the time, please? It’s … (o’clock). It’s time to/for … ,提升语言运用能力;同时学习绘本中新的语言点,掌握绘本故事大意,并有兴趣了解Maisy系列其他绘本。
【教学目标】
1. 学生能听懂、会说、会读、会写数字1-12并且能联系实际生活具体运用; 2. 学生能听懂、会说、会读绘本中的目标词汇tent, feed, get up, go camping, go to the farm;
3. 学生能进一步熟练运用句型What time is it (, please)?/What’s the time(, please)? It’s...o’clock. It’s time to/for...;
4. 学生能掌握故事大意并且有兴趣去了解Maisy系列的其他绘本; 5. 学生能体验生活的精彩与趣味。
【教学重点】
1. 学生能听懂、会说、会读绘本中的目标词汇tent, feed, get up,go camping, go to the farm;
2. 学生能进一步熟练运用句型What time is it(, please)?/What’s the time(, please)? It’s...o’clock. It’s time to/for...;
3. 学生能掌握故事大意,正确朗读绘本故事,并有兴趣去了解Maisy系列的其他绘本。
【教学难点】
1.学生能听懂、会说、会读绘本中的目标词汇tent, feed, get up, go camping, go to the farm;
2.学生能熟练转换运用句型It’s time to…与It’s time for …。
【教学过程】
课前皮影戏预热
Step 1 Warming up and lead-in
1. Finger Exercise播放视频和学生一起做手指操 2. Free talk:
What time is it? It’s …o’clock. It’ s time for our English class. 3. Do you like the story Where are Maisy’s friends? Say “Hello!” to Maisy and her friends.
Step2 Presentation and practice

T: Today, let’s learn another new story about Maisy. 2. Read and tick

(PPT 出示句型结构:It’s … o’clock. It’s time to/for …引导学生回答。)

Ss sing: It’s time for breakfast. 6. Retell Maisy’s morning on the farm (根据板书复述Maisy’s morning on the farm) Sing together:
What time is it? It’s six o’clock.
Heigh-ho, the derry-o, It’s time to get up. What time is it? It’s seven o’clock. Heigh-ho, the derry-o, It’s time for breakfast.
(过渡) T sings(手拿clock): What time is it? Ss sing: It’s ten o’clock.

It’s time to go camping.
Maisy goes camping
It’s ten o’clock. Maisy goes camping. All her friends go with her. 7. Look and answer

8. Read, watch and learn
T: Everything is ready. It’s time to pitch a tent. 教学tent (ten—tent),带读pitch a tent T: Is it easy to pitch a tent? S: …
T: Is it easy for them to pitch a tent? Let’s watch. Ss learn to read: It’s not easy to pitch a tent. They try, and try, and try again.
It’s twelve o’clock. The tent is ready.
9. Practise and learn
(肚子咕噜声) T: Oh, they’re hungry. It’s time … (Ss: for lunch/ to have lunch) Quick response: It’s time for…与It’s time to …转换练习 It’s time for … It’s time to…

10. Chess game (飞行棋游戏)
After lunch, they play a game.
T介绍Game rules.
Ss play the game. 操练句型:
A:What’s the time/What time is it, please? B: It’s ...o’clock. It’s time to/for... 11. Let’s sing
After dinner, they sing songs around the campfire. (学生创编Maisy’s day歌曲并进行演唱) 12. Read and act
T: Night comes. It’s time for bed. 学生跟读并表演绘本P17-28。
Step 3 Consolidation
1. Enjoy reading. (学生在老师的带领下齐读整个绘本故事)
2. Think and say
What a/an___day! (评价Maisy的一天)
Step 4 Homework
1. Sing the song about Maisy’s day.
2. Read the picture books of Maisy’s morning on the farm and Maisy goes camping. 3. Finish listening exercises. (完成《同步练习》Unit6 自我测评听力部分)
