教材分析
1、本课选自小学英语六年级上册，本书有三个模块共十二个单元，本课为第二模块最后一单元。本单元共有三课时，本课是第一课时。
2、本套教材以“学习者为中心”作为教材编写指导思想。采用“模块建筑式”编写体系。以“话题-功能-结构-任务”为主线，设计和安排大量形式多样、语境真实、趣味性强的语言实践活动，让学生在“用英语做事情”的过程中感知、实践和体验，采用参与、探究、合作等学习方式，学习和综合运用英语语言知识和语言技能。
学情分析
1、六年级的学生有一定的英语语言基础，对待一些问题有自己的看法，并且具备了一定的逻辑思维能力、小组合作能力和写作能力。但是随着年级的增加不如中低年级的孩子愿意表达和积极参与，这就要求老师尽可能多的调动学生的积极性。
2、作为小学阶段的最后一年，学生已掌握了基本的英语听、说、读、写的能力。通过各种形式的联系，继续巩固所学知识，将语言与实际生活相联系，提高学生实际应用的能力。
教学目标 一、 知识目标：
1、掌握本课的基本词汇：
e-friend, country, other, hobby, would like to （国家名为补充词汇） 2.能熟练掌握核心句型：Would you like to have e-friends in other countries? I’d like to... 2、初步了解各国的文化。 二、能力目标：
1、通过课堂学习操练，使学生能够用掌握本课句型。 2、学生能够通过介绍自己的爱好，特长结识更多的朋友。 3.通过各种课堂活动，培养学生的听力、口语和阅读能力。
三、情感目标：
1、在课堂活动中，调动学生的学习热情，激发学生英语学习的兴趣。
2、在小组活动体验中，培养学生互助、合作学习的意识，提高学生运用语言 的能力。
3、在活动体验教育学生关心他人，与人分享。
教学重点及难点
教学重点：1.能在语境中正确运用本单元的核心词汇。
2.能用Would you like to…? I’d like to…询问和表达愿望。 教学难点： 1、学生们能用英语介绍自己和他人的特长和爱好。 2、能对语篇的理解并形成最终文本的输出。
教学基本策略及设计思路
教学策略
1、为了有效达成目标，突出重点，突破难点，教学中以学生为中心，主要采用了小组合作学习、唱歌、精读、TPR全身反应法等教学策略，充分感受英语知识在实际生活中的应用。。 2、在学法上，把学习的主动权交还给学生，让学生听、说、读、表演，小组合作讨论，给予学生充分表达的机会与自我展示的舞台。 设计思路
本课是本单元的第一课，学习目的是e-friend, country, other, hobby, Australia, Canada, the US, the UK英文单词，使学生能用简单的句子描述自己和他人的特长和爱好，并使用句型Would you like to…? I’d like to…进行问答。所以，在教案设计之初，就本着这一目标设计每一环节：
首先，通过对所学过的知识，对自己和朋友进行描述，使学生为下面的语篇的理解得到足够的语言储备。
其次，通过课件将所要学习的短文内容整体呈现给学生，使学生对语篇的理解，并进行问答。
最后，设计时给孩子们留有充分的活动时间，使孩子们对所学知识得以不断巩固，输出语篇，并在听取他人汇报时将自己所要用的语言加以不断完善，能在现实生活中真正运用本课语言。
资源的开发及说明
本节课我充分挖掘教材内容，通过问答操练本单元句型，让学生体会到知识的融会贯通及在生活中的应用。在整个的教学活动设计中，我注重对学生语音语调的培养，让学生在多听的基础上，强调输出质量。在教学中我还利用视频等现代化的教学手段为学生创设真实的情境，让学生在真实的情境中学习和使用英语，体现英语的工具性和人文性。通过直观的教具，复习巩固学生的知识体系，通过小组内合作问答与表演，培养学生分工合作意识，同时培养学生的表达能力和对知识的运用能力。
课前准备：打印纸、精美的图片、多媒体课件等，辅助进行教学。
