一、 教材分析
故事板块呈现粗心的Zoom把价格标签贴倒了引发的故事。学生除了复习巩固句型Can I help you? How much is it? It’s ninety- one. It’s pretty. It’s cheap.等以外,还可以通过图片和上下文理解新句子Do a good job. No problem. Can I see that skirt, please? You’re fired.等。 二、学情分析:
本课的教学对象是小学四年级的学生,经过一年半的英语学习,大部分学生对英语具有浓厚的兴趣,具备一定的听、说、读、写能力。而处在这一年龄段的学生,活泼好动,好奇心强。因此在课堂上要采用多样化的教学手段,将听、说、读、玩、演、唱 融 于一体 ,充分调 动 学生的 积 极 性 ,培养学生英语学习的兴趣和自信心。 三、 教学目标:
1.认知目标:通过图片及上下文理解新句子Do a good job. No problem. Can I see that skirt, please? You’re fired.等。
2.语言能力目标:通过阅读趣味故事复习巩固本单元所学语言,增加学生语言的输入。能理解,朗读并表演故事。 3.情感态度目标:渗透做事要认真仔细,要竭尽全力。 四、 教学重难点:
1)几个句子及词组的认读,及其在句中的运用。 2)能够借助板书复述故事内容。 3)能针对故事中的人物发表自己的看法。
4)激发学生的探究和想象,对故事进行合理再创作。 五、教学方法:
直观教学法,情境教学法、交际法、任务型教学法,及多媒体辅助法。 六、教具准备:
西沃课件、板书人物图片、单词及词组卡片、评价奖励教学用钱、视频,音频。 七、 教学过程 Step 1: Warm-up 1. Greetings and evaluation
T: Today we will learn Unit 6 Shopping C Story time. I will divide you into 6 teams. There are some challenges for you. If you do a good job , your team can get money from the box. More active, more money for shopping. Please try your best, OK?
【设计意图】介绍课堂评价,把学生分成六组,去完成一些挑战任务,让学生通过自己的努力为小组赢得购物代金券,激发学生兴趣,引导学生积极主动学习。 2. Let’s chant
【设计意图】通过韵句复习有关服装的单词及句型,为后面的学习做铺垫。
Step 2: Presentation & Practice 1. Lead-in
T:I like shopping. Here’s a story about shopping. Please watch and answer:“Who are in the story?”
视频播完后,学生通过第一次浏览故事的大概印象回答问题。 【设计意图】通过简短的一次播放,让学生在脑海中迅速回忆故事中的人物角色和场景,以便学生快速把握故事关键信息。 2. Challenges Challenge 1 a. Listen and number
让学生将故事按正确发展过程排序。每组可得到5元。 b. Can you say something about pictures?
学生自主理解并描述每一幅图片的内容,老师加以引导并有针对性的讲解和练习。 Picture 1: (20 Yuan)
Ss:“Do a good job. No problem.”
T:As the boss, Mr. Elephant says to Zoom “Do a good job! ” (贴词条于黑板上,重点词句)
Zoom says: No problem. (贴词条于黑板上,重点词句) T: Please read it with confidence. Activity: Model Show Picture 2: (5 Yuan)
Ss:Miss Sheep is coming. She likes that skirt. T: Is she/she right? Let’s watch the video. Picture 3 : (10 Yuan) Ss:It’s pretty. Picture 4 :(2 Yuan) Ss: It’s cheap.16 dollars. Picture 5: (5 Yuan)
T: Then how much is that skirt? Ss: It’s 91 dollars.
T: Yes, it should be this way, not that way. (师用课件展示价钱标签贴反了。)
T: Is Zoom careful(细心)or careless(粗心)? Ss: Zoom is careless. Picture 6: (50 Yuan)
T:Then what happened? Let’s come to picture 6.
Ss: Mr. Elephant is very angry! He says: Zoom,you’re fired. fired 拆分单词:f-ire-d 拼读新单词t-ire-d, h-ire,w-ire,d-ire ,m-ire T:What can we learn from the story?
We should be careful to do everything. (我们要认真做事。)

1.Discuss (4 boxes, different box, different money) a. Will Miss Sheep buy that skirt? Why? b. If you are Mr. Elephant, what will you do? c. If you are Zoom, what will you say?
【设计意图】学生针对故事中的人物展开讨论,大胆想象,积极思维,发展学生的综合语言运用能力。 2. Act (20 Yuan)
What will happen after this? Please continue the story in groups and act it out.
【设计意图】学生通过所学的语言,续编故事并表演,发展学生的思维能力,引导学生积极与他人合作,共同完成学习任务。 Miss Liang’s tip: Tolerance is a virtue and quality. (宽容是一种美德和品质。) Step3: Extension 1. Flea market
T: You’ve got enough money, right? Let’s go to the flea market. 【设计意图】创设真实的情景,让学生进行真实的交易,培养学生的语言表达能力和运用能力。 2. Enjoy the song “Try everything”
