The topic of this module is “ developing and developed countries” . And this passage mainly introduces a report about human development whose aim is to cause students’ attention to the differences between developing and developed countries and to call on students to try their best to help those who are poor. Teaching aims (教学目标)： 1. Language knowledge aims:
Students are required to master the main idea of this passage. And they are also asked to master some useful words and expressions. 2. Learning skill aims:
Through this class , students can improve basic reading ,speaking and writing abilities. 3. Emotion and attitude aims:
After reading this passage , students will build the emotion towards poor people. what’s more, they will learn to settle the problems by themselves without depending on others when they are faced with difficulties.

教学反思：
本堂课设计目的是培养学生的阅读能力、语言表达能力、思维能力和文化意识。在教学过程中通过视频、问题和图片引出本堂课的主题，引起了学生对于文章的兴趣，在此过程中也涉及到对文章的重难点词汇、短语进行练习，扫除学生的阅读障碍。在阅读部分，通过不同问题的设置，引导学生对文章更好理解，培养学生的逻辑思维能力。最后，通过一组照片介绍中国近几年所取得的成就，带领学生一起思考：中国作为发展中国家，面对重重困难，如何取得举世瞩目的成就？作为新时代的中学生，我们面对学习生活中的问题时，应当如何应对？以此来培养学生的爱国主义情怀，培养学生吃苦耐劳和独立自主的精神。
在整个教学过程中，体现了“教师主导、学生主体”的教学策略，引导学生自主学习、合作探究，培养了学生自主学习能力。同时，引导了学生关心国家、关心社会、关心人民，做好新时代的新青年！
就实际教学效果来看，基本完成教学目标，但仍存在一些问题。在角色扮演阶段，部分学生参与度不够，课堂教学气氛不够热烈。同时，对各教学环节的时间把控有待提高。
在今后的教学工作中，我会时刻反思，不断总结，努力提高自己的教学水平，努力培养学生的语言能力、文化意识、思维品质和学习能力，努力培养学生的社会责任感和民族自豪感！
