Special Noodles in China
Noodles, an important staple in China, has a long history of over 4,000 years. Many people usually start their days with a bowl of noodles. Here are three special noodles in China.
Lanzhou Beef Noodles must be the most popular kind of noodles in China. You can find it easily in every city from east to west. There isn’t any special food in it, but the hand-made noodles and nice beef soup can always warm you when you are cold and hungry.

Youpo Noodles! .
Youpo Noodles are very wide with pork and many root (根茎) vegetables of red and yellow. And as its name shows, after pouring a spoon of hot oil, the wonderful smell will rush into your nose.
In the south of China, like Yunnan, Guizhou and Fujian, people would like to cook rice noodles. Because of the warm and wet weather, they can put many kinds of vegetables into their noodles.
