一、学情分析
本课教学的对象是七年级的学生,我所教授的七一班和七二班学生英语学习水平也有很大差距。大部分的学生能描述自己和同学能不能唱歌跳舞或演奏某种乐器,有个别英语学的较好的学生可以很详细的介绍自己、朋友和家人能不能唱歌跳舞或演奏某种乐器,并说明家长想学什么和为什么。但是也有一部分学生,只能读写单词和个别简单句。因此,在教学过程中我结合学生英语学习的实际情况,对学生进行分组分层教学,由易到难,让学生在学习过程中找到适合自己的学习目标,通过反复操练。参照英语课程标准上的要求,我再结合任务型教学和交际教学,多媒体辅助教学法等。 二、教学目标 1.知识目标:
句型:S1:Can Bill play the guitar/sing an English song?
S2:Yes, he can./No, he can’t. S3:S2 can...../S2 can’t ......
2.能力目标:
A.能用英语介绍自己和朋友能不能演奏某种乐器;
B.能与他人交流信息,合作完成猜谜游戏,学生能用英语作文的方式介绍自己和朋友能不能演奏某种乐器。
3.情感目标:
A.培养学生形成正确的价值观,学习更多的东西让我们的生活更加丰富多彩。
B.通过开展小组活动,指导学生积极与他人合作,培养他们的合作精神。
三、教学重点与难点
读写一篇介绍自己和朋友能不能演奏某种乐器的文章 四、教学方法和教学用具 (一)教学方法 1.教法
分层教学,交际性教学和任务型教学法相结合,辅助多媒体教学.
2.学法
我将进行合作学习法和小组竞赛的方法。 (二)教学用具 PPT,学生的图片
五、教学过程(Teaching Procedures) Step 1 Lead-in(watch a short movie)
(Wang Shuping plays the guitar and I ask students to answer what he can do to lead in the new lesson) Step 2 Presentation
1.Match: Ask students to match the words with the pictures 2.Review: Ask students to say four instruments(piano、guitar、violin、drum) 3.Listening:Ask students to listen and number the words [1-4] in the order
of the sounds students hear and then check the answers. (Play the tape and then check the answers)
Step 3 Competition
Game: students pick an apple and get the points.(5/10/15/20 points) ( help students review how to describe what people can or can’t do) Step 4 Speaking
1. Ask and answer
(three students to ask and answer what the boy and the girl can or can’t do )
2. Pair work: Ask students to make their own conversations e.g. S1:Can you ......?
S2:Yes, I can./No, I can’t . S3:S2 can....../S2 can’t......
3.Group work:Give an example to ask and answer e.g. S1:Can you ......?
S2:Yes, I can./No, I can’t. S3:Can S2 ......?
S4:Yes, S2 can./No, S2 can’t. S5:S2 can....../S2 can’t...... (five students in a group)
(Ask students to make their ow conversation like this and then invite them to perform) Step 5 Listening
1. Listen and circle the words students hear
(Answers: sing/ play the guitar/ play the drums/play the piano/ dance). 2. Ask students to listen again and then fill in the chart. Answers:
(Ask students to say some sentences according to the chart) Step 6 Survey and Speaking

Survey and Speaking:To make a survey about what students what they can and can’t do in their group .

1.Ask students to summarize what people can do or can’t do.
2.Give students structure on how to write a compositions about what people
can do or can’t do.
(Give students five minutes to write compositions :My Group) Step 8 Show time
1. Ask some students to perform their compositions and encourage those who did a good job.
2. Show moral object:We can learn more to make our life colorful. Step 9 Homework
