一、教材分析
本模块在Section A谈论自己所喜爱的音乐基础上,学习了解中国民间音乐及音乐家,增加了与音乐相关的表达句式和词汇。2a-2e为Section B部分的阅读板块。
2a的读前活动从学生已有认知出发,让学生尝试用自己的语言谈论中国的乐器及相关名曲,为阅读活动做准备。2b要求学生阅读文章找出文中的关键信息。2c让学生关注细节,
通过表格填写,列出支撑作者观点的细节信息。2d则要求学生在理解的基础上运用所学目标结构将文章相关的一段描写补充完整。2e是一个开放性的对话活动,
要求学生在理解阅读材料基础上尝试运用所学语言实现对话输出。
二、学情分析
本课的教授对象是初三学生。
(1)整体上,学生具备一定的基础知识,在之前已经学习了由that等引导的定语从句,谈论过自己喜欢的乐队,电影,书籍和音乐等。
(2)对音乐有一定兴趣,对中国民间音乐与音乐家有大概的了解,但还缺乏较为深入的认识和感知。
(3)学生有梦想,懂得为梦想应付出相应努力和坚持。
三、设计思路
本节课为阅读课,重点是运用noting supporting details的阅读策略对文本进行解读,了解音乐评介类的文章特点。在设计过程中,
教师通过自身琵琶才艺和音乐素养来引入本文,从而拉近学生与音乐的距离。在文中贯穿对阅读策略的渗透,对每一个自然段的细解都主要分为main idea和supporting details两部分。
利用思维导图的形式分解课文,帮助学生理解。并将此main idea和supporting details 的结构运用到有关音乐介绍的对话和写作中。从课堂阅读输入,对话活动输出,
到课后作业的写作输出,都至始至终贯穿对此策略的使用。同时,引导学生透过标题Sad but Beautiful深入理解文章含义,领会作者思想深度。最终通过理解文章和参与对话活动,上升到音乐无国界的情感高度。
四、教学目标
1. 语言知识目标:理解文中出现的生词,复习定语从句结构和关于音乐的多种句型表达。 2.能力目标:
(1)能利用相关阅读策略理解文章。 (2)能在语境中推断新词汇、短语的意思。 (3)能运用所学课文谈论相关音乐话题。 3. 情感态度与价值观:
了解阿炳人生,学习他困境中不放弃的精神。意识到音乐无国界,当弘扬中国民间音乐,走向世界。 4. 学习策略:
学会利用标注主题思想与细节信息的策略来理解文章。
五、教学重、难点
重点:运用noting supporting detail的阅读策略对文本进行解读。 难点:本部分的教学难点是运用具体信息描写事物。
