一、概述
本课是外研版新标准英语三起第六册Module6, Unit2内容。围绕travel 这个话题，通过学习玲玲去新疆旅游这一内容开展多种教学活动，让学生学会描述旅行经历以及地理方位。同时结合生活实际，让学生把所知道所去过的地方和它所在的地理位置运用到所学的句型中进行操练，进一步提高学生的综合语言运用能力，达到学以致用。在本课教学中，我运用图片、声音、视频等信息技术手段帮助学生从多方面学习运用语言。使同学们在丰富的教学活动中体验发现学习的快乐和交流的愉快，在描述旅游经历的过程中热爱生活之情油然而生。
二、教学目标
１．知识与技能目标
（1）认读新单词rode, horse, climb, visit, parent, 做到发音准确、
清晰.
（2）熟练运用句型Where did you go for your holiday?
I went to….
Where is…? It’s in the… .进行相互问答.
（3）能够口头运用一般过去时及所学语言知识描述旅行经历. （4）能够根据多媒体课件自主学习英语材料及上网查询资料. ２．过程与方法目标
（1）能够通过师生示范、小组练习和自主听读，掌握英语听说
的基本方法.
（2）能够通过小组交流展示体验合作学习的过程和方法. （3）能够通过歌曲，说唱等活动体验学习英语的乐趣.
（4）能够仔细倾听老师和同学的发言，有语言表达和与同学交
流的愿望.
3．情感态度与价值观目标
（1）为学生创设轻松、愉悦的英语课堂学习氛围，增强学生学
习英语的兴趣与自信心，体验学习的成就感，形成积极的学习态度，使学生在学习中敢于开口说英语.
（2）在学生两两交流和小组合作交流中，培养孩子合作意识和
合作精神.
（3）通过描述旅行经历激发学生热爱祖国大好河山，热爱大
自然的思想感情.
三、学习者特征分析
1.学生是五年级的学生.
2.学生已经学习了north、south、west、east等关于方位的词汇. 3.学生对一般过去时有所了解.
4.学生对Where…？等句型也有接触.
5．学生思维活跃，具有英语学习的积极性与主动性， 具备了一定的英语语言运用能力，求知欲强，渴望得到同学和 教师的赞许.
6.学生对英语学习有着浓厚的兴趣，但是英语的听读能力还有待加强.
7.学生对于多媒体的呈现形式不陌生，还是感到很好奇。 8.学生自己录制旅行视频，还是能激发学生参与英语活动的积极性。 四、教学策略
1．师生示范策略：教师通过和个别学生的口语交际，给全班同学的两两说话训练作示范，让学生清楚两两说话的内容和方式.
2.自主学习策略：学生通过自主学习材料，训练听说阅读能力. 3.合作学习策略：通过学生小组合作进行调查交流。
4.歌曲激趣策略：通过学生sing a song，有利于形成宽松活泼的课堂氛围，同时借助chant和歌曲来巩固学过的句型和单词，在语言运用中学习英语.
