In grade 4, students have strong curiosity, good activity and imitation. Meanwhile, they love performance. Most of them are interested in English
and they have good memory and image thinking, and high plasticity. However, they are lack of rational and logical thinking. Therefore, teacher should train students’ language sense and good pronunciation to make them form the preliminary daily communication in English ability.

活动反思
活动反思
本节课亮点在于设计了一个儿童节商场活动“闯关给山区孩子捐赠礼物”的活动,每个环节层层递进。首先是考察孩子们对于第五单元关于衣服单词的掌握情况,通过自己书写,同桌批改,手势统计等方式,考察学生对单词的书写,同时让老师对学情进行充分的掌握和了解;再次是对句型整合的考察,两人组采用问答的形式对所学过的句型进行练习,考察学生对句子的听说,两人组汇报,其他同学进行补充和改错,生生评价到位;最后老师搭建了一个标准型平台,在这个环节,老师给了全班所有不同程度孩子一个展示的机会,能力稍微差一些的可以书写单词或者说说句子,能
力稍强一些的可以编对话,唱歌,编歌谣,还有些同学甚至可以写短文,围绕这个衣服的主题,大家尽显才能,让不同学习能力和程度的孩子都能得到学习和展示的机会。本节课收尾呼应,课堂开始老师说闯关赢奖品送给山区孩子,结尾是孩子们顺利闯过四关,得到了很多小组奖励,我们一起捐给山区孩子们,教育孩子给予比得到要收获的更多这个主题。 不足之处在于,小组评价的激励性没有很好的体现出来,小组评价对于每个组听说读写进行不同的奖励,但是由于课堂时间有限最后没有进行这方便的点评,最后展示环节还是有学生单词发音不够准确,应该适当进行教师的补充和改正,教师真正做到精讲点讲补讲。
