【教材分析】
本课时主要是对一些有关职业名词的综合运用与练习,教师创设一系列情景,让学生在具体的情景中学习新单词、新句型,然后再运用于语言交流,使整个教学源于生活,又用于生活。
【教学目标】
1、知识与技能:
(1) 能正确地听说读写词汇:
fisherman、scientist、pilot、coach.
(2) 能够听懂、会说、会读本课中的两个有关询问职业的句型:
What does he/she do? Where does he/she work?
以及怎样回答这些问题,理解对话的意思,并能灵活运用这些句型。 2、过程与方法:
创设真实的生活场景,使学生学有所用。 情景教学法、任务型教学法、游戏法。 3、情感态度价值观:
通过谈论自已喜欢的职业这个话题,知道各种职业的特点,并能够了解其劳动的
艰辛,尊重各行各业的劳动成果。
【教学重点】
让学生学会利用句型 What does he/she do?
Where does he/she work?与人沟通,并能根据个人职业取向的不同轻松地回答这些问题。
【教学难点】
1. 工作地点的几个介词短语的学习是这节课的难点 2. 培养学生通过所学知识进行有效交际的能力。
【教学过程】
Step1: Oral English practice:
与学生自由交谈,进行日常口语练习,互相了解职业爱好等,实现师生互动,创设一种宽松、和谐的氛围,为后面的话题做好铺垫。 1. T: Hello ,boys and girls! Ss: Good morning, Miss Zhou! T :How are you today? Ss :Fine ,thank you .And you ? T: I am fine ,too.
2. OK! Now.Let’s talk about your hobby.You can talk it by yourself .教师直奔主题,围绕职业爱好进行一系列的交流。 Step2: Leading in:
T:Last class we learned some words about jobs. Do you remember? Let’s review.教师多媒体展示职业图片。 a:businessman b:postman

T: 好的,这节课我们就来学习另一些有关职业的名词,以及询问和回答有关职业的句型。
(板书PBLet's learn) Step3: Presentation 1、Talk about the task
T:前面我们学习两个有关询问职业的句型 What does he/she do? Where does he/she work? 以及怎样回答这些问题。
2、Learn the new words:
fisherman、scientist、pilot、coach.
3、Listen to the tape twice
Listen and repeat
4、要求学生听完对话,理解对话内容,并朗读对话,模仿对话进行练习。
