一、 指导思想与理论依据
本节课是写作课,引导学生能用一般过去式写一篇孩子们如何庆祝母亲节party的
日记,因此我主要采取任务型教学法、情景教学法。基于学情和内容的分析,我设计了PWP的教学过程,即pre-writing, while-writing和post-writing.写作前采用游戏、听歌填词等方式复习不规则动词的过去式,为接下来的写作活动做铺垫;写作环节主要采用自下而上(down-top)的写作模式,即从单词的操练到短语的复习,再到句子的书写,最后到段落的整合(单词--短语--句子--段落--篇章)。写作后,布置相关的写作任务。整节写作课除了写作技能的指导,写作思维的训练,也通过母亲节party的开展贯穿了对孩子们的感恩教育,教育孩子们要拥有一颗感恩之心。
二、 教学背景分析
一. 教学内容分析:
本节课的话题是“the party of Mother’s Day”,功能是谈论过去发生的事情,语法是:一般过去式的运用。本节课的教学内容是SectionD,重点是一般过去式语法的复习和学生运用过去式写作的训练,而写作训练也是英语教学中的难点。
二.学生情况
初中一年级学生已经掌握了一定的英语基础知识和听说能力,正逐渐向读、写过渡,同时,学生们对英语学习有着较为浓厚的兴趣。在核心素养理念的熏陶实践下有了初步的自主、合作、探究的能力。但由于学生英语语言基础能力比较薄弱,会存在部分的单词和句型引起的写作障碍,但通过单词的复习和课堂中写作策略的逐步引导学生们基本能构建写作的框架。
三.Instructional objectives

At the end of the class, students should be able to
1) pronounce and write the past tense of irregular verbs correctly, such as begin—began do—did bring—brought give—gave go—went come—came
2) understand and conclude the pronunciation rules of the past forms of regular verbs; 3) remember and apply the phrases of this topic into use; Language skills: At the end of the class, students should be able to
1) Write a diary about their unforgettable parties with mind-map; 2) Correct their writing with the help of teacher or partner 3) Use linking words in their writing

1) Learn how to cooperate with group members 2) Learn how to build the outline of a diary
Cultural quality: students should not only be grateful to mothers, but to family members, friends, teachers or others around you.

Key and difficulty points:
1)Understand how to protect yourself in earthquake and make suggestions on how to protect yourself in natural disasters.
2)try to be calm down when disaster happens and help others within their ability.
