教材 概述
1. 本模块是本册教材的第二模块，模块以询问和谈论彼此能力为话题，以各
自想参加的学校俱乐部以及竞选班委为切入点，来练习和掌握情态动词can的用法。学习内容和学生们的生活息息相关，相信每个学生都会乐于参与话题的讨论，让学生在这个过程中轻松学习和掌握can的肯定句，否定句和疑问句，这样既能使语言的学习与学生能力的培养相结合，又能有利于激发学生的学习动机，也有利于教学活动的开展。通过本模块听说读写等活动，让学生真正学会运用所学语言去做事情，即学以致用。 2. 模块第一单元侧重对学生听说能力的培养，以各自想参加的学校的各种俱
乐部为切入点，让学生谈论并选择自己喜欢的社团，由此导出情态动词can 的各种用法。第二单元注重对学生读写能力的培养，课文以竞选班委为切入点，写出自己要选的职务和自己的优势，号召大家选自己。第三单元从听说读写方面培养学生综合语言运用能力。活动1、2、3是对can 的小结与复习，活动4是训练文章阅读能力；Around the world通过用六个国家的语言来表达“你好”，再次巩固can的用法；活动5、6、7是对自己选择一个学校社团并且制作一张海报来展示自己社团的特色，完成本模块学习后，学生制作出有关社团的海报。
3. 本模块的重难点是情态动词can的肯定句，否定句和疑问句，并将其运用于真实的语言交际之中。
4.《英语课程标准》（2011版）要求本模块掌握can的这三种形式。
教学 目标
1. 能够掌握本模块的语音和词汇；语法：含有can的肯定、否定及疑问句结
构。
2. 能够听懂谈论学校社团和自己喜好的话题，并能用can表达自己的想法 3. 能读懂竞选类的的发言稿，理解语篇的主旨和细节。 4. 能够积极让同学们都参与到竞选班委的活动中。
5. 通过参加社团和竞选班委的学习提高对英语的兴趣和英语学习的积极性，
积极与他人合作，共同完成学习任务。 6. 培养学生乐观向上、创新和实践精神。 7. 制作出介绍关于自己社团的海报。

说说考考情情
本模块的语法项目是含有情态动词can的肯定、否定及疑问句结构，对于学生来说比较容易。以下为中考考查点： 中考真题：

说说教教法法
教学中主要采用任务型教学法，交际型教学法和情境教学法为辅，完成教学任务。
教学活动设计
听说课重在培养学生听力和口语表达能力。因此选择使用交际教学法，在具体教学中以情景教学为主，活动教学为辅，充分利用电化教学手段创设情景，利用图片、视频等辅助设备，培养学生直接用英语理解、表达和思维的能力。在具体教学过程中贯彻交际教学原则，组织各种课堂活动，如表演对话、演讲比赛等，培养和强化学生的语言实践能力和自主学习能力。
本模块分为三课时：

American middle school system is consisted of middle school and high school. The main courses often
are :English learning (involve English writing、English literature、American literature etc) which the students should learn for four years .History (involve world history 、American history and European history) mathematic and learning a foreign language are also required. All of these should be learned for three years. Art and music lesson is varying from school to school which are set for developing the interest of the students. Nearly all the students from high school could enter the college, if they want meanwhile the students are often taken a test called SAT which just like the college entrance examination in china but is nonetheless less competitive comparing with our Chinese one.The

combination of the diversity and specialization of the courses as well as the emphasis on the respect of the students' personality and on the development of students' unique talent potential are main characteristics of the American middle school system, which could be used for reference of the development of our Chinese middle school education .
美国没有学生干部

教教学学目目标标
知识目标：了解由can构成句子的结构，以及由would like to...,want to...的句子句意功能。 技能目标：1.能掌握本单元的词汇及短语等。
2.能读懂有关谈论竞选班委等内容的语篇。
3 能掌握can的肯定句、否定句式，并能运用到演讲稿中。 4学生能够学会用can进行有关竞选班委主题的英文写作。 5.能读懂有关班委竞选的篇章，并能找出文中相关的细节信息。 6.能写出并描述某个班委能力的文章。 情感态度：1.培养学生认识并肯定自己的能力。
2.通过竞选班委，培养竞争意识和为班集体服务的意识。 学习策略：培养学生要学会合作交流，团队意识。
文化意识：了解国外中学生的日常生活和学习，找出异同点，拓展国际视野。

教教学学思思路路
在本单元的教学活动中，教师充分利用网页课件的交互、班级论坛，网上投票等多媒体辅助教学，来增加教学的直观性和趣味性。在阅读活动设计中遵循以学生为主体的原则。教师组织以学生为中心的课堂活动，激发学生的学习热情和学习兴趣，给学生提供各种运用英语的情境。以小组为单位对文中的重点知识合作讨论，能读懂文章，掌握整体理解的技能，并从一个一般的读者过渡到一个较好的写作者。

多媒体, 黑板，，图片，网页教学课件等。 Step 1： Leading-in Free-talk:
教师先播放一段关于“I can….” 的视频动画，然后以Free-talk:开启本堂课的学习，学生通过直观的视
频动画和教师提出的问题，把学生带入到对自我能力描述的话题中。教师展示以下两个问题于大屏幕上，给学生2分钟准备时间。接下来教师选择部分学生分题目回答。此时教师要就学生的答案进行生成性互动，既有语言规则的点评，也应有观点的交流。

(3). Put volunteers in pairs to talk about what they are good at， can do well and how they can help. (4) Ask the rest of the students to make a table as below with three questions about their abilities to ask the volunteers. Put it on the board.

课后反思：
本模块是七年级下册第二模块，模块以询问和谈论彼此能力为话题，以各自想参加的学校俱乐部以及竞选班委为切入点，来练习和掌握情态动词can的用法。学习内容和学生们的生活息息相关，相信每个学生都会乐于参与话题的讨论，让学生在这个过程中轻松学习和掌握can的肯定句，否定句和疑问句，这样既能使语言的学习与学生能力的培养相结合，又能有利于激发学生的学习动机，也有利于教学活动的开展。第二单元注重对学生读写能力的培养，课文以竞选班委为切入点，写出自己要选的职务和自己的优势，号召大家选自己。
本节课我首先以简洁明快的动画what can you do ?导入话题，然后展开英语阅读方法和技巧的训练，即阅读三部曲pre-reading→while-reading→post-reading：首先学生独学，通过fast-reading找到每段topic sentence说出每段的main idea,训练学生阅读技巧skimming以及培养学生自己处理问题的独立性；其次学生对学，通过careful-reading来学习每段的details，训练学生scanning和与partner交流沟通解决问题的能力；最后学生组学，四人一组，通过post-reading来大声朗读并翻译课文，找出重要language points,,然后通过活动班级论坛Class forum 组间互相解决各个小组的疑难问题，培养学生的组内交流和组间合作的团队意识。最终由老师就学生们没提到的重要知识点加以强调。由微课让孩子们掌握情态动词can的用法。最后由阅读导入写作，以小组形式写一份演讲稿并选出代表make a speech,，两个组竞选一个班委，其他学生网上投票，最终胜出者作为新学期班委，最后竞选班委的演讲比赛将整节课推向了高潮。
整节课我带领着学生们进行了阅读方法和技巧的训练，语言由阅读的输入到写作的输出，点拨重点、突破难点，尤其借助网页课件的和学生的交互，完成阅读和写作训练，及时追踪学生掌握的程度和做题的速度；班级论坛问题的提出和回复；增加了孩子们学习的热情，孩子们都积极踊跃回复网上的问题帖子；网上投票使得每个参加演讲的学生都充分准备，想得到更多学生粉丝的支持等。最终借助网页课件达到教学目标和学生学习能力培养。这节课也有很多不足之处，如：后面留给学生写作的时间有点短，演讲的学生人数较少等，今后我会合理高效安排时间，让学生尽可能多的参与到各个教学活动中，达到既高效又有效的课堂教学。
