Several groups will be asked to express what they want to be and their reasons for the position.
Teaching procedures:
Now it’s the start of the new term. Have you choosed your new monitors. The students in our textbook are choosing their new monitors. Let’s read the passage together.
Step1: First, please read the passage quickly, and find out what Lingling, Tony, and Betty want to be and what they can do.

Step4: After reading this passage, let’s underline the correct words according to the passage.
How to choose your monitors

Step3: After finishing the composition, students should exchange their compositions with their partners. The partners can circle their wrong language points and what they think improper.
