指导思想与理论依据
《英语课程标准》(2011版)提出围绕语言知识技能,优化教学策略方法,引导学生在自由探究中形成良好的学习意志和品质,是英语教学的重要核心要义。因而教师不仅要培养学生的语言能力,还应促进学生核心素养的发展。其中,思维品质的培养是提高学生英语学习兴趣、能力的基本保障和突破口。在新的教育形势下, 英语课程不仅承担着培养学生基本英语素质的任务,还注重发展学生的思维能力,形成有效的学习策略,发展自主学习能力。
依此,本节课教师从课伊始便引导学生猜想本课主题,并发借助有关职业词汇的音乐复习与jobs相关的问题,随后提取已知职业词汇;对话学习中,教师通过追问引导学生积极思考成为职业pilot和engineer原因以及为此需要付出的努力,启发学生要抓住当下、努力奋斗;产出部分教师先后讲述了著名钢琴家郎朗和教师本人实现自己儿时梦想的小故事,最后通过采访的形式引导学生交流自己的梦想,引导学生更加深入的思考为了实现自己的职业理想要做的努力。锻炼学生的思维能力和语言表达能力,检测学生的实际获得。
教学背景分析
1、教学内容分析
本课来自北京版小学英语五年级下册Unit 6的第三课时Lesson 21。本单元主要学习运用一般将来时谈论未来想要从事的职业。本课的情境是Lingling和Mike来到了一个机器制造工厂,两个人互相谈自己的喜好和论将来要从事什么职业。涉及到的主要功能句为Do you enjoy …? Yes, I do. I want to be a/an … 词汇为writer, tailor, pianist, and engineer.
关于“职业”这一话题,学生已掌握的单词和句型有singer, player,driver,policeman,doctor, teacher, dentist, student, nurse, farmer, engineer, pilot, professor, barber; What does your … do? I want to be a … in the future. 等。另外, 学生在学习五年级上册教材时已开始广泛接触将来时will的句型。
2、学生情况分析
学生学习心理方面:我校是五四学制,现在四年级第二学期的学生使用五年级下册教材。本班学生依然保持着积极的英语学习兴趣,愿意以同伴互助学习的形式完成学习任务,并乐于用英语来表达自己的想法,体验用语言做事情的快乐。

语言学习能力方面:本班学生能够听懂篇幅较短的对话,理解大意;能够用所学过的功能句型对话,并能贯彻北京景山学校一直以来由学生做课前duty report的传统,本学期让学生以单元话题为主题进行展示,复习巩固学过的内容;学生能够阅读对话,并能够拼写所学过的重点词汇及功能句型。
内在知识储备方面:本班学生能够认读及运用” singer, player,driver,policeman,doctor, teacher, dentist, student, nurse, farmer, pilot, professor, engineer”等表职业的名词,但多数学生对于“tailor, pianist”不太熟悉,因此上述词汇教师将重点处理;学生能够熟练认读并运用” What does your … do?”询问对方亲人的职业,并运用“I want to be a … in the future.”表达自己的职业理想,且熟练认读将来时will的句型。本节课,教师设计多个环节,引导学生不仅学习语言知识,更真正了解为了实现自己的梦想背后需要付出的努力。
3、教学方式、手段及技术准备
教学方式:集情景教学法、任务型教学、交际性教学为一体的课堂教学。 教学手段:把信息技术手段与传统教学手段相结合,课堂展示课件,视频,阅读文段等。
技术准备:动画、视频和PPT。
4、教师特点分析
本人英语语言素养较好,英语专业八级。任教一年来,一直饱含激情,坚持在教学过程中创设语境、组织多种多样的教学活动,激发学生的学习兴趣,注重培养学生的思维能力、自主学习能力以及人文素养,关注学生的实际获得,努力落实核心素养的要求。从而帮助学生学习英语、爱上学英语并在实际生活中应用英语进行表达。

1. 学生能借助图片、视频,及在老师引导下听、说、认读并运用词汇“tailor, pianist, enjoy doing sth.”。
2. 学生能够听懂、认读,并在实际对话中运用“Do you enjoy...?”及答语“Yes, I do.” 3. 学生能理解对话文本,并通过两人合作分角色朗读对话。

1. 课堂效果评价设计(课内检测)
《英语课程标准》(2011年版)指出:英语课程评价体系要通过采用多元优化的评价方式,评价学生综合语言运用能力的发展水平,并通过评价激发学生的学习兴趣,促进学生的自主学习能力、思维能力、跨文化意识的发展。评价体系应包括形成性评价和终结性评价。日常教学中的评价以形成性评价为主,关注学生在学习过程中的表现和进步。本节课堂教学中,在培养学生听说读等基本语言能力的同时,教师还积极引导学生发展思维能力以及合作自主学习的能力。基于上述目标,教师在课堂教学中设计了以下评价形式:
