课后 反思
著名教育家叶澜说过:“一个教师写一辈子教案不一定成为名师,如果一个教师写三年教学反思可能成为名师。”一语道出了教师上课后对自己本节教学进行反思的重要性。在我的教学生涯中,我也一直在实践反思,反思中我思考了很多,也学会了很多,下面是我对本节课的教学进行的反思。
6月14日,我上了一节校园公开课,内容为:选修九第一单元 Using LanguageⅡ 部分,标题为:Focus on. 本节课有四个教学目标:知识目标在于让学生了解和熟知四名著名的运动员(Jonas Jacobsson, Michellie Jones, Fu Mingxia, Martin Strel )。 能力目标一在于让学生通过Skimming and Scanning的阅读技能理解文章和脉络和细节。能力目标二在于让学生可以使用who, when,where 和 what 进行人物介绍。情感目标在于激发和培养学生的运动员精神。通过本节课的学习,以上四个教学基本都已达到。
本节课的教学设计比较清楚明朗,每一个环节都紧密相连,而且逐步推进和深入。教学第一步:通过视频(奥运宣传片),导入本节课的主题,视频扣人心弦,起到了很好的热身效果,而且在实际教学过程中,学生可以从视频中猜测到本节课的部分教学话题和感受到坚韧不拔,永不放弃和运动员精神。教学第二步:在正式阅读过程中,设计了三个环节:Skimming, Scanning 和Careful Reading. 由浅到深,由泛到详挖掘文中的细节。在完成本部分的练习题中使用小组加分制,课堂氛围比较活跃,尤其是在Careful Reading 部分,平衡小组之间的竞争体制,更加激发了学生的兴趣。教学第三步:设计了两个环节,第一是头脑风暴,让学生们通过本节课的学习,小组讨论运动员成功的品质,并且把答案写到黑板上。这一环节的优点在于调动了学生的积极性,但不足在于学生在黑板上写的字迹有些不规范,所以在之后的教学中,要加强学生的书写,这将让他们终身受益。第二是设计了一个猜人游戏即根据信息,猜测人物。本节课最后的输出是让学生根据所学内容,准备一个简短的演讲,介绍运动员林丹,达到语言的综合应用。
总体而言,本节课基本达到了教学目标,但是在板书设计部分,我今后还需要认真琢磨。板书是一节课教学思路的精华,体现了本节课的教学思路。
