本课是 Unit7 的第四课时,本课主要以 panda 为主题让学生理解 panda 的习性和频临灭绝的原因, 并呼吁学生保护珍惜动物。学生均具有严格的组织纪律和很强的求知欲,少数学生踊跃发言并可以用英语自由发挥表达自己。八年级的学生有一定的英语基础知识,求知欲很强,所以,本节课讲解的时间很少,主要是训练学生利用任务型及合作方式,以教师为辅,学生为主的教学原则,训练学生在学习中获取信息,处理信息和运用信息的能力。通过学习这篇课文,让学生学会做阅读理解的方法,并让学生感受到保护珍稀动物的重要性。同时引导学生去发现大自然的奥秘,让学生更加热爱大自然。 重点难点:
