Step 1 Creating teaching situation, inspire Ss to the theme
1. Show some pictures , together with some sentences which include some new words
2. Show the new words to them, get them to teach themselves.
设计说明 让学生通过图片语境,形象地感知并记忆reading部分重点单词,再展示生词及汉语意思,通过自主学习加强记忆。
Step 2 Show some pictures of all kinds of volunteers
By showing the pictures of volunteers, the teacher can ask one question like this: Do you want to be a volunteer? Then encourage Ss to be a volunteer.

The Wilsons decided to go overseas for a vacation. They had a family meeting to plan the vacation.
