Students: Class 4 Grade 7 Teacher: Dou Xuewei, No.5 Middle School
Teaching material:
This unit aims to let students learn how to ask prices with “how much question”. Through talking about different clothes and prices, students will master the clothes words and the sentences, such as “How much is/are…?”, “It is/ They are…” Students are given some situation which can help them talk about prices freely. Besides, they can learn how to offer help and thank someone. The activities from Grammar Focus to 3c aim to help students use right demonstrative pronouns when they ask price with how much question.
Students analysis:
Most of students are 12-13 years old. They are interested in the cartoons, colorful pictures and games, so this class will show many colorful pictures and play several games. Thinking about the students’ feature, they need more exercises to arouse the words and sentences in their mind. Therefore, it is good to reach the objectives with playing words game, making phrases, asking and answering and making conversations. Teaching aims
