一、Teaching aims: 1. Language goals:
1) Go on learning some words about food:breakfast,lunch,dinner,egg,apple,chicken,fruit,vegetables;And divide the words into different kinds. 2)Understand the countable nouns and uncountable nouns.
3)Go on learning how to talk about the food by listening ,speaking, reading and writing to improve the abilities of using the language. 2. Moral objects:
Lead the Ss to have healthy eating habits care for their family, friends and classmates.
二、Teaching important and difficult points: 1. Teaching important points:
1)Go on learning some words about food.And divide the words into different kinds.
2)Go on learning how to talk about the food by listening ,speaking, reading and writing to improve the abilities of using the language. 2. Teaching difficult points:
Read some material about eating habits and some useful information. 三、Teaching procedures:
StepⅠ. Warming- up and revision
1. Greet the Ss. First let the Ss look at the screen. From an apple to an English song <Apple tree> .
2. Besides the apples , what other fruit do you know ?How many other food words can you add to the chart? Try to write them down in the chart. Fruit: Vegetables: Food:
3.Play a game to let the Ss practice the drills: Do you like ......? Ⅱ. Presentation
Share the other Ss’ likes and dislikes to practice he/she likes ....and he/she doesn’t like....The aims of this part is to practice the drills: He/She likes... but he/she doesn’t like...in order to lead in the new lesson and prepare for the listening practice.
Ⅲ. Listening
The aims of this part is to go on learning the drills from the words to sentences: He/She likes... but he/she doesn’t like...
1. I have two friends. They are Sally and Tom. Do you know what food they like? Now, let’s listen and circle the food you hear in 1a.
