一、 设计思路
本课教学内容为高中英语必修四第二单元的Reading部分,该篇属于记叙类文章。内容相对其他题材难度减小,涉及的专业术语以及生词较少,学生的阅读障碍较小。但通过文章的学习,对阅读技巧的掌握和运用成为本文的教学重难点。 本课教学主要从两个方面着手:一是以阅读题型的设置为主要着手点,通过逐段设置不同的练习题,达到对当前英语高考中的部分题型进行有效训练,如词义猜测题、态度判断题、完形填空题、语法填空题等;而是以学生通过学习所要达到的情感升华为着手点,通过多袁隆平的学习,学生应该感悟到追逐梦想对自己的人生的重要性与必要性。
二、 设计内容

1.Analysis on the Learners 学情分析
Most of the senior high school students’ learning comes in middle. They have strong ability of remembering and imitating, and they are extremely longing for expressing and understanding. However, most of them are not confident in English learning. So the teacher must try to stimulate their interest and have all of them involved in the teaching activities and help them develop a good habit of learning English.
2.Analysis on the Teaching material 教学内容分析
The reading part comes from Unit2, New Senior English for China, Student’s Book4. This reading part is narrative article, whose title is A Pioneer for All People. The main topic of unit is “agriculture”, and this passage introduces
mainly about Dr. Yuan, a famous agricultural scientist in China and his contributions for all people. This reading text contains four paragraphs: Dr. Yuan’s appearance and achievement; Dr. Yuan’s biography; Dr. Yuan’s personality and hobbies; Dr. Yuan’s dreams.
3.Teaching Aims 教学目标
