【教学内容】
人教版 英语选修8 Unit 3 Grammar：Revise the Past Participle as Attribute, Predicative and Object Complement 【教材分析】
本课内容是人教版高二英语选修8 Unit 3的语法课，是一堂v-ed form 的复习课，以下教学基于这个前提进行设计 【学情分析】
1.学生语法知识与概念薄弱，未形成结构化体系
2.学生英语基础弱，缺乏学习兴趣尤其是对语法知识的兴趣 【教学目标】
本节课为v-ed form的复习课，因此本堂课主要以学生为主导，在展示艺术才能、英语语言才能的过程中使用v-ed做定语、表语、宾语补足语；且由学生授课总结归纳语法知识。
因此结合修订的《高中英语课程标准》英语学科核心素养的四个方面——语言能力、文化品格、思维品质和学习能力将教学目标定为： 1.语言知识和能力目标
学生授课和展示为主要方式，回顾并进一步掌握v-ed form的用法 引导学生在情境中整合性运用v-ed form并进行归纳总结 在语境中使用知识点，发展语言意识和英语语感，逐步培养语言交流能力。 2.文化品格目标 情感态度与价值观：

用本校“红五月”艺术节图片导入，在课堂中学生展示艺术才华与语言才能，整堂课以学生展示才能为主线，帮助学生形成正确的自我认识与评价——Every single of you has something to offer and you have the responsibility to discover what it is.
通过学生说新闻news report环节,学生能了解文化传统和社会文化现象，形成自己的文化立场与态度、文化认同感和文化鉴别能力。 3.思维品质目标
思维品质指人在思维的逻辑性、批判性、创新性等方面所表现的水平和特点。
通过复习v-ed form，学生能辨析语言现象；
推断v-ed form用法并与其它知识点的关系，建构知识体系； 培养用本课知识进行多元思维的能力。 4.学习能力目标 学习策略与方法：
在学生授课展示的准备阶段，帮助学生归纳v-ed form,了解语法学习方法和策略
英语学习的认识和态度：
通过展示学生艺术才华和英语才能，使学生产生持续的兴趣，有积极主动的学习态度和成就动机；能够确立明确的学习目标，有主动参与语言实践的意识和习惯。 竞争与合作精神：

Step II : Revise the v-ed form 1. Revise the v-ed form as attribute
A story: an overweight young man
A British young man abandoned(抛弃）by his girlfriend became frustrated because of his obesity. The lost man didn't think he had a future.In spite of great difficulties, he was determined to lose weight and cut down 139 kilogram. Then he gained his true love again.
Task 1: Describe something about your life by using v-ed as attribute. 1) 1st show: a boy play the guitar 2) 2nd show: a girl show her clothes designed by her 3) 3rd show: a girl talk about her travel
4) 4th show: some girls talk about their friendship 才艺表演规则：
1）全班分为三组，每组派一位同学展示才艺（提前准备）； 2）才艺表演者应使用到v-ed 形式并请同学说出所用v-ed之处 3）才艺表演者把v-ed形式写在黑板上 (Before the talent show)
T: As you know, this is a revision lesson. So I won’t teach you the grammar, I’d like you to be a teacher and give us a lecture on it.Got it?

T: Please look at the blackboard. From the structures, we can find that if it is a single v-ed form, we place it before or after the noun? Ss: Before the noun.
T: But if it is a v-ed phrase, we place it ... Ss: We place it after the noun. T: Well, here comes the Tip 1—— Tip1：过去分词做定语
◆位置：单个的过去分词作定语常作前置定语；
过去分词短语常作后置定语；
◆句型转化：可转化为相应的定语从句。
the guitar played by me
= the guitar which is played by me The time given to your friends
= The time which is given to your friends
T: By the way, “the guitar played by me” equals to “the guitar which is played by me”.
And “The time given to your friends”,we can also say “The time which is given to your friends”. We can change the v-ed form into an attribute clause.

2. Revise the v-ed form as predicative
An unforgettable travel in Korea
T: Today, I’d like to share our travel experience with you. We went to Korea two years ago.When we started off, We were excited, looking forward to the exciting travel.
After five hours’ flight, we arrived.We were tired, but the travel was not tiring.We felt relaxed at the sight of relaxing landscape.
During the five days, we experienced the traditional food culture of Korea. For example, kimchi(泡菜) and bulgogi (韩式烤肉). You’ll also feel amazed at the amazing food culture.
What impressed me most is the Joanne Bear Museum. The bears differ in appearance and clothing style. We were pleased at the lovely bears. Are they pleasing?
We were excited,looking forward to the exciting travel. We were tired,but the travel is not tiring. We felt relaxed at the sight of relaxing landscape. You'll feel amazed at the amazing food culture.

T: I’ve mentioned some sentences. On the left side,the v-ed form is used as predicative,which means “感到......的”.
On the right side, the v-ing form means “令人......的”. Well, can you tell us more verbs used as predicative? ◆Tip2：过去分词做表语
常见的做表语的V-ed有: ________________________________. (call a line)

Task 2: Use the words to label the pictures with the v-ing form and the v-ed form. (Page 65)
