本课来自人教版新目标英语Go for it! 八年级上册第八单元Can you make a banana milk shake?话题是cooking。采用任务型教学方式,在情境中帮助学生循序渐进地学习语言知识,发展语言的运用能力。在培养学生综合运用语言的同时,注重培养学生的学习策略,发展学生的合作能力和创新能力,提高学生的文化意识及人文素养,从而全面提高学生的综合素质。 学情分析:
授课班级是八年级(7)班,本班英语平均成绩在年级中相对落后,两级分化严重,基础知识比较薄弱。因此在授课时教师充分考虑了大部分学生的实际情况,积极为学生一层一层地搭建起写作的脚手架。由动词短语的练习,到顺序词的使用,再到云南米线制作过程的复述,最后过渡到宁夏羊肉臊子面及清炖土鸡的写作,由简到难,由线到面,螺旋上升。在授课过程中学法指导,利于学生更好地掌握学习方法,提高学习效率。小组合作学习有利于小组成员相互学习,取长补短,更好地内化所学内容,也在一定程度上降低了知识难度。

Play a video and ask the Ss to answer the questions. 1. What food can you see in the video? 2. What do we need to make this kind of food? Step 2: Pre-writing
Read a recipe of Yunnan Rice Noodles and finish the exercises. 1. Circle the verbs in the process.
