Introduction: Miss Jia’s friend, Bob, is making his self-introduction now, please turn to page 41 and listen to 1a carefully.(让学生听录音完成1部分,核对答案)
Step 3 Project
Introduction: Miss Jia is from China. Miss Jia lives in an apartment building. There are two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom in my house. Miss Jia likes my bedroom best, because its big and beautiful. And there is a bed in it, I can listen to music and read books on the bed. This is my ideal home. Could you use the sentences in part 1 to introduce your ideal home, now give you two minutes to get ready for the following project: My Ideal Home. Step 4 Practice
1. Introdiction: As we all know that some students like living in the countryside while some students like living in the city, because there are many differences between cities amd the countryside.Now please turn to page 42, let’s know about these differences and start 2a together.
2. Introduce the diffences between cities and the countryside by show the pictures.
3. Listen to 2a carefully and list the key words of phrases. (Finish 2b) Step5 Writing
Do you like living in a city or the countryside? Write a passage about your ideas and try to use the words in 2b. Step6 Homework 1. Write a composition about your ideal home. 2. Preview SectionA of Topic3.

教学反思：
在本课中，孩子们结合听力训练、阅读理解、小组综合探究等活动，复习和巩固there be 句型及本话题所学的谈论住房类型的功能表达。在本课的探究活动中，作为任课老师，除了引导孩子们做小组综合探究活动之外，还应该在今后的授课中多渗透一些跨文化意识的教育，以便拓宽孩子们的知识面，加强孩子们对外国文化的了解。
