一.教材分析:该语篇是一个童话故事
二.学生基础:学生已经接触过《灰姑娘》等英文版的童话故事,平时生活中也接触了较多中文版童话故事。对于《渔夫和金鱼》的故事有个别学生有所了解,但是英文版还是比较陌生的。因此教学时要基于学生已有知识进行引导,借助图片,联系上下文等帮助学生学习新单词。 三.教学目标
1.学生基于语篇能听,能读,能理解单词greedy, washtub , broken等。
2.能初步感知理解文本内容,有感情地朗读课文 3.小组合作,对文本内容进行简单地复述或表演 4.懂得不能太贪婪,知足常乐的优秀品质 四.教学重难点
1.能正确理解文中新单词。
2.正确解读文本信息,小组合作完成阅读信息的提取. 三、教学过程 Step1. Warm up 1.Enjoy a cartoon .
Ask some questions about it.
(设计意图:以童话故事开场,激发学生兴趣。) 2.Free talk .
What fairy tales do you know ? 3.Show the characters . What happens between them ? (设计意图:让学生猜测,拓展思维。) Step2. Presentation
1.Show the title and read it . 2.Read the Story.
a. Look at the picture1 and talk about it. Who are they ? How is …?
Read the sentences and fill in the blanks. How is the fish ? Read page3 and answer it. 教授:ordinary It can talk.
What does the fish/fisherman say ?(guess) Listen and repeat.
b. Show his wife. What about his wife ? What does she say ? (guess) Show the sentences and read . 教授:washtub broken
Then what does the fisherman say ? Guess and read. c. His wife has another four wishes.
(每位学生手里都有一个愿望)Read the wish and find the key
words.
Collect all the wishes and make groups. Read the books and put them in order. d. Choose one wish to report.
(1.Read together. 2.Ask and answer. 3.Act out. 4.Ask the teacher for help.)
Report and complete. (新授文中新单词) e. At last, what happens? Show the ending.
(设计意图:用童话故事让学生明理,逐图讲解文本,由辅到放,教授学生阅读策略,引导学生自主解决问题,培养学生的语言能力和思维能力。)
