一、课程标准要求
1. 面向全体学生,注重学生个体差异。面对不同的学生设置不同的问题,争取让每个学生在课堂上都能够有所收获。

1.课前已经让学生预习本单元的新单词和there be 句型。
2.在学生小学阶段他们已经接触了数字的英文表达,本节课是帮助孩子们复习巩固的过程。 四、教学目标确定 Knowledge aims:
1. To help Ss learn the new words and “there be ”structures.
2. To help Ss briefly talk about one’s classroom with the new words , numbers and “there be”. Skill aims:
1. Ss can learn how to describe their own classroom using the new words and new sentences.
2. To help Ss have the cooperative awareness using the group work.. Emotional aims:
To love their school life, love classmates and study hard. 五、 重点、难点
1.To retell the role-play about Linda’s and Daming’s classroom using “there be”. 2.To talk about their dream class.

Step 1.Lead–in
1. Using a video about students themselves to lead in the topic. 2. After watching, there are three questions:
what school are you in? What class are you in? What is the video about?
Design idea: Using these three questions to illustrate the emotional aims: We are in the same class, we are classmates. So we should love each other. Step 2.Presentation 1. Words & Sentences
1) Using a game to check their prevision. What can you see in our classroom? Choose the things we can see in our class.
2) Invite two pairs to PK. Choose the winner and give the gifts.
3) Then check the answers one by one. In this way to present the new words.
T: Class, you can see a computer in our class. So we can say: There is a computer in our class.
Design idea: Using this way to present other new words: television, wall, picture, blackboard.
T: How many walls can you see in our class? Ss: Four.
T: So we can say: There are four walls in our class. T: Ok, class. Please read it together. Ss: There are four walls in our class.
T: Question for you, How many students are there in our class? Ss: Thirty–six.
T: Yes, so we can say. There are thirty–six students in our class. T: Class, what other numbers can you say?( Show the picture)
Lead in the numbers: twenty, thirty, forty, fifty, sixty, seventy, eighty, ninety. Step 3. Consolidation. Number game:
There is a chart in the PPT. Ss read and spell the numbers one by one within the music. When the music stops, the students who is standing, please choose a number to do the exercise behind the number.
Design idea: Using this game to help Ss consolidate the numbers. Step 4. Practice. Listening practice:
There are three pictures about the classroom.
First let Ss describe the picture. What can you see in these pictures. Then play the recording, Ss choose the correct picture.
Invite one student to check answers.
Using this listening exercise, not only can help Ss practice the listening skills, but also help them consolidate the new words. Step5. Role–play
1.First, ask Ss to listen, and underline the phrases. 2.Second, ask Ss to check answers individually.
3.When teaching the phrases, ask Ss to read the sentences. Sentence structures:
Is there a lot of furniture?
There isn't any furniture on the wall.
4.Next,ask Ss to read it again, and complete the chart. Give Ss three minutes to do the exercise.
Invite some Ss to come to the front to fill in the chart. Step6. Post-reading
1.Retell the role play, write three or four sentences about Linda's class or Daming's class. Or ask Ss to draw the class.Give Ss three minutes to do the exercise. 2. Invite some Ss to come to the front to share their writing or drawing.
3. Imagine the dream class in your mind, ask Ss to write three or four sentences to share.
Step7. Summary
Ask Ss to close their eyes, and think about what they have learned today. The pictures about words and key sentences are shown on the PPT. Step8. Homework.
1. Please go on finishing your dream class, you can draw it or write the introduction(介绍)to us.
2. Please try to recite the role play, and retell the Linda's class and Daming's class. 七、板书设计

In this class I used a game to present the new words, and the Ss are very interested in it. Besides, I put the new words into key sentences. In this way give Ss a situation to learn. However, there are some shortcomings. I spoke a little fast, and each time I gave a question. There is little time for Ss to think. So I will pay more attention on these.
