lesson is writing, and according to the Junior High School English Curriculum Standards that requests the students who are in Grade 8should achieve the level 4.From the aspects of language skills, the students can use the conjunctions to make the passage fluently and use the key points to write their holiday plans. When the holiday is coming , they should have a holiday plan by the future tense and they may write a postcard to their friends with the past tense when they finish their traveling . Combined with the teaching content of this lesson, I design the teaching aims.
学情 分析
The students in Grade 8 have stored some English language skills.
After two-year studying, the students have formed certain self-study abilities and they have a good sense of cooperation. But the students are lack of reading strategies and the students seldom communicate in English. They are not confident. So I should help them to form a good habit in reading English and I should help them discover the principles and rules by observing the language and grammar phenomena. In this way, I can achieve my teaching aims and make this lesson effective.

After learning this class, the students will be able to achieve these aims: 1. Read and apply the bold words top by writing and the reading context
and they can understand and remember the meaning of the words. The students can make a plan for their vacation.
2. Predict the content of the passage according to the pictures and
videos, And then they can put the key information into the correct order. they can write the information they need by using the writing strategies, such as the logical order, connecting words, mind-map and reference.
3.Be aware of conjunction (time order ) and reference in writing and apply them to writing, share their travel experiences and feelings with others by writing holiday plan.
教学重点
In the end, the students will be able to grasp the key points below.
1.Master the bold words and use them properly, then they can use the key information to write the holiday plan. Ask them to check the composition in groups.
2. They can use the connecting words and time order to write their holiday plan.

3. Master when to use the future tense and the past tense analysis the structure of the composition.
