This is the introduction about teenage problems. It’s helpful to enhance the students’ awareness of the need to solve teenage problems, try to live peacefully with others because we live in the same world. And also encourage students to have positive attitudes to face the difficulties in their lives.

中途接手本班已有近一年的时间，从最初平均成绩的年级倒数到现在位于年级前列是我们师生共同努力的结果。虽然现在孩子们的英语基础还是比较弱，成绩也不尽人意，但至少我们在努力，在进步!回想起去年12月，我们共同合作的第一节公开课的场景还历历在目。孩子们第一次进录播教室上课拘谨认真而又可爱的模样，接受英语指令连蒙带猜而又努力配合的情景，让我的心中充满温暖与感激。希望在我们磨合了快一年的今天，能有更出色的表现。 Teaching procedures:

本节课讨论与学生息息相关的话题“青少年的问题”，学生很感兴趣，易于调动气氛。课前播放的视频恰好与课程内容存在一定的相关性，既调节了气氛又为后面的导入环节做了铺垫。本课设计的总体思路主线为，通过自己在实际生活中的问题导入每个人都会有自己的问题，老师如此，学生们如此，连我们书中的老朋友Eddie也是如此。从讨论Eddie的问题，问题的成因，解决方法，继续用同样的方式讨论Millie的问题来覆盖课本内容。由此接着解决书本上呈现的六个学生的问题。完成书上的练

习并不难，难在进而引申请学生们根据这些问题提出解决的方法并编成对话的形式来呈现。考虑到孩子们的基础，我给了他们一个框架，由孩子们自己来编写建议，既降低了难度又达到了提升的效果。讨论完书上的内容后，我设计了进一步提高的环节，请孩子讨论自己遇到的问题，并在班级中进行调查他们现在面临的最大问题是什么。这个小活动打破了前面学生编对话的紧张气氛。学生们一下子放松起来，为后面设计的压轴活动营造了良好的氛围。最后请学生们根据我总结出的问题分类，提出自己的建议。通过小组竞争帖彩色纸片的形式，既调动了学生们的竞争意识，也促进了他们的小组合作行为。为了让这个活动更完整，我设计了让组长进行总结报告的活动。总的来说，这是我认为自己在这节课中设计最新颖与出彩的地方。这节课教学环节丝丝相扣，过度自然，课件制作精美，学生配合的也非常好。我认为这是一节成功的公开课。存在的问题是在进行听力训练时，有些同学在看书，没有达到听力训练的效果。我应该给出更明确的指令告知学生具体要求。其次，在处理课堂上的未预设到的突发环节时，口语存在个别错误，作为一线的英语老师我需要对自己严格要求，继续提高自身素质。
