一、教材分析
本单元从颜色、天气、音乐、广告、产品等方面谈论了外界事物如何影响人的心情。要求学生掌握表达某物或某事给人带来的感觉、看法或影响等。
二、学习目标
1. To Learn the key words and phrases.
2. To learn how to use “make” to express someone's feeling. 3. To talk about how things affect people.

1. I’d rather go toBlue Ocean because I like to listen to quiet music while I’m eating.But that music make me sleepy.

3. Sad movies don’tmake John cry. They just make him want to leave quickly.

本课主要是一节听说课，在本节课的教学过程中，采用“小组合作“以及“任务型”的教学途径，借助多媒体，增强趣味性和直观性，在听说过程中帮助学生掌握知识、发展能力、形成正确的价值观。

七、教学环节 1、Lead-in
T: Boys and girls, A piece of soft music makes us feel relaxed, a loud music maymake us feel boring and an exciting one makes us happy and excited. How does the music make you feel? Now look at thepicture on Page 102. There are two restaurants in the picture. Which restaurant do you want to go？ The first restaurant, a loud music is broadcasting; In the second restaurant , we can finda quiet and comfortable place. Would you feel thesame as the two girls do in the picture?
S1: I’d like to go to the Blue Lagoon too becauseI like quiet music just like the girl in the picture does. It makes me feel a tense.
S2: I’dlike to go to Rockin Restaurant. Because loud music makes me feel excited. Thisloud music makes me want to dance.
T: Ok,the things in the restaurant may affect the people eating there. According tosome science study, it is our own feelings that works, but not the thingsaround us affecting us though different things may have different effect uponus.
2、Step II Listening
T: Next ,we’ll hear a dialogue between Amy and Tina. Now listen and find out how themusic in the two restaurants affect them. Play the recording and check the answers.
3、Language points:

make 用作使役动词表示“使；让”，可跟复合结构，即“make+宾语+宾语补足语”，其中的宾语补足语是可以不带to的不定式、过去分词，名词或形容词。本句makes me sleepy，即是“make+名词/代词+形容词”结构。 如：The shirt made the lady beautiful. 那件衬衫使得那位女士很漂亮。 .make的用法常见于以下结构：
① make+名词（代词）+省略to的动词不定式
eg.Myparents often make me do some other homework. 我父母常让我做些其他的作业。 在这一结构中的不定式短语在主动结构中是宾语补足语，必须省去to，变为被动结构时，不定式短语作主语补足语，这时必须带to。如：She was made to work for the night shift. 她不得不上夜班。
② make+名词/代词+-ed分词短语。
如：What made them so frightened?什么使他们这样害怕？ ③make+名词/代词+介词短语或名词短语。
如：She made him her assistant. 她委派他做自己的助手。 ④make+名词（代词）+形容词或形容词短语。
如：The good news made us happy. 这条好消息使我们很高兴。 --- Yes，I suppose so．我想他会回来。
⑤. make +形式宾语it +形容词或名词（作宾语补足语） +从句（作真正的宾语） 如： They want to make it clear tothe public that they do an important and necessary job． 他们要向公众表明，他们所做的工作不但重要，而且是必不可少的。 【备课例句】

十、教学反思
本节课是一节听说课，在句型操练,小组活动中让学生获取语言知识并能归纳运用,使语言时刻体现在生活中，注重对学生文化意识目标的培养。在教学过程中，面向全体学生，争取让每一个学生都能参与到教学活动中来，得到练习的机会，教学目标圆满完成，大部分学生在这节课后能准确流利的使用所学句型以及单词进行自由会话。但是基础不是太好的学生在理解上有些困难，从而不能很好的听懂老师的要求，课堂气氛有时不够活跃。在今后的教学工作中，我还要继续和同行们探讨如何提高课堂效率的有效方法。
