1. Lead in to the topic by watching a TV sketch “扶不扶” Step2:Pre-reading
1. Get Ss to look at the picture and the title of the passage on Page 3 , which can help them understand the main idea of the passage. Then finish Task 1. 1) What is the passage mainly about?
2) Do you think this passage is from a newspaper or a story ? How do you know ? Step3:While-reading
1. Skim and find out the main idea of each paragraph.（Task 2） 2. Scan and answer the questions.(Task 3)
3. Carefully read and fill in the chart,then retell the story.(Task 4) 4. Carefully read ,then finish 3b and 3c Step4:Post-reading
1. Fill in the blanks with the important phrases 1. Ss discuss the stress phrases in group. 2. Ss do an interview with Wang Ping .

阅读中
递进式呈现不同的阅读任务： 1.归纳段落大意 2.任务表格 3.复述课文 4.判断并改正句子。 5.同伴问答 运用skimming, scanning ,查找细节，推理等阅读方法反复阅读课文内容： 1.归纳段落主要意思； 2.小组讨论完成信息表格； 3.朗读课文，复述课文； 4.判断句子正误，并改正； 5.同伴问答。 1.通过提醒学生关注段落的开头句子快速了解各段的大意，整体把握故事内容 2.通过查找具体的信息，一方面训练学生扫描定位信息的阅读能力，另一方面让学生从整体到细节更具体的了解短文故事
3.表格任务的设计是为了让学生更好的梳理短文内容，能够发现故事叙述的顺序，帮助学生有条理的复述课文 4.学生在语篇理解的基础上能够快速准确地推理判断，检查学生是否更全面细致的理解了语篇。
阅读后
