教学目标
知识目标:学习功能问句Will they do the housework?  Will they do the homework?  以及回答Yes, they will.  No, they won’t. 新授单词:robot, housework, learn, everything。 
能力目标:能够听懂会说本模块句型,能灵活运用功能句谈论将来的行为,培养学生的想象能力。 
情感目标:在积极参与教学活动及小组合作中激发学生兴趣,体会到学习的快乐。 
运用目标:运用所学习的Will they...?结构,能够表达将来机器人将做什么。 
2学情分析
本模块内容设计适合四年级学生,他们经过一年的学习初步具备一定的听说读的技能,有较好的模仿能力,在老师的引导下,能运用所学基本句型进行语言操练,在课堂教学中能积极参与,互动交流。并且一般将来时态will在第三模块已经学习接触过,学习起来难度会降低一些。本课主要运用will 对将来要做的事情进行提问,对于大多数学生来说比较容易掌握。但是,要灵活自如地运用重点句型进行语言交流,还需要大量的操练
3重点难点
灵活运用Will they„? 以及回答Yes, they will.  No, they won’t.来谈论将来发生的事情。 
4教学过程
4.1第一学时
4.1.1教学活动
活动1【导入】Warm-up
Review “can” and some phrases that students have studied.
T: Good morning, boys and girls, you know, I’m an English teacher, at the sametimes, I’m a young mother. I have a three –year –old daughter. So , I’m very busy. I have to do much housework. Guess, What can I do?
(课件展示照片)
S: Ask: Can you clean the room?
      Can you wash the clothes?
      Can you ~~~~~~?
 (问4-5个同学,老师做相应回答)
T: 展示思维导图并且说:
I can wash the clothes, I can clean the room. I can teach you English and I have to look after my daughter, too. I have so many things to do. So I’m very tired every day. I want a person to help me. Do you know, who can heip me?
S1: Is your mother?
T: No, she is busy too.
S2: Are your friends?
T: Maybe, But they have their things to do. Can you heip me (问全班)
S: Yes We can
T; Oh Thank you, but you are too young. Look, What’s it? S:Wow, Robot.
T: Yes, it’s a robot (展示robot,学生跟读两遍)Maybe, It can heip me, because It can do many things. Let’s have a look (课件展示机器人会走路,说话)
T: What can the robot do?
S:It can talk
T: Can the robot talk?
S: Yes, it can.
活动2【讲授】Presentation
Step2: lead-in
T: It can talk (带读2遍)
T: Can it walk?
S: Yes, it can
T: Walk walk It can walk (带读两遍)
Step3:Discuss in groups
What other things can robots do?
T: This robot can walk and talk, Let’s discuss in group, Can robots only talk and walk? What else can they do? (利用课件思维导图)引导机器人做许多别的事
After discussing, ask S :What else can robots do? Can they also ~~~~~~?
Step4: Lead – in Will
T: Wow Robots can do so many things. I guess, in the future, It will fly! They will take us to the sky! 引出“will”并带读解释“将”
Step5: Guess in group
T: If you have a robot, What will it do for you?
After discussing, Students talk about freely (要求5-6位同学回答)
T: I know, if you have robots, you hope they will do many things, now, Let me ask you some questions. If you agree, you will answer: Yes they will, If you don’t agree you will answer, No they won’t (课件展示)
Will robots fly?
          play the violin?
          play with you?
          do you home work?
T: Oh, No! they won’t do our homework. We must do our homework by ourselves.
   Except it, I hope Robort will do everything.(展示在黑板上并带读)
Step6:  head in text (导入课文)
(课件展示Damining)
T: Look, Do you know him?
S: Yes, he is Da Ming
T: Da Ming made a robot. Let’s listen and watch the video Q1: What can his robot do?
  We know, robots will do many things in the future. Let’s listen and watch. Da Ming hope “What will the robots do in the future.
Q2: What will robots do?
Step7:Reading
1,Follow reading twice (带读两遍)
2,practice:
学生自由读,齐读,分角色读,表演(后几组可自由发挥或拓展)
当学生在表演时,问其余学生的一些问题:
Who acted Sam/ DaMing?
Who is your favourite role?
Will robots heip children learn?
根据学生拓展的对话内容提问
活动3【练习】Extension
Talk freely in group
What does your ideal robot look like?
Eg: What colour,
looks,
it will ~~~~ for you.
Ask a few students describe their ideal robots.
