教学目标:
1. 能听懂并理解整个故事文本。 2. 能复述故事内容。
3. 理解并运用单词和短语:took a bath, brushed their teeth, put on their
pajamas, jumped on the bed, fell off, bumped his head, called, said等等,并能在情境中灵活运用。
4. 能明白不要做危险的事情,而且能理解妈妈的辛苦,学会体谅妈妈。 教学重点:

理解并运用表示过去的单词和短语:took a bath, brushed their teeth, put on their pajamas, jumped on the bed, fell off, bumped his head, called, said等等,并能在情境中灵活运用。 教学准备:
PPT, 单词卡片,录音等。 教学方法:
小组合作,游戏,表演等。 教学步骤
一. Warm-up and lead- in
T: Good morning, class! Let’s play a guessing game. I will draw a picture for you, please look and tell me which letter you can see? (教师边画边请同学们猜测。) S: We can see M, O, N, K, E, Y!
T: Yes, it is a monkey! Do you like monkeys? S: Yes!
T: Cool! I like monkeys too.
【设计意图】通过教师画一副猴子的简笔画,学生们来猜测画里面有哪些字母。
从而引出了本文的主角——猴子。这一环节引出了新知,并能提高学生们上课学习的积极性。 二.Presentation
1. 师通过自制的道具来讲授故事的开始。 T:What’s this? S: A beautiful bed.
T: Yeah! A nice bed! And I want to sleep now. How many monkeys can you see? S: Five.
T: Yes! It was bedtime. Five little monkeys took a bath, they brushed their teeth and put on their pajamas. They said goodnight to their mama.
(教师手拿五只小猴子的道具,分别做出洗澡、刷牙、穿睡衣以及道晚安这几个动作。)
T: Then five little monkeys jumped on the bed , one fell off and bumped his head. The mama called the doctor, the doctor said…… (师借助道具讲述故事五只小猴子在床上蹦蹦跳的一部分。) 2. Guess what happened next? 请同学们自己猜测接下来发生了什么? 3. Read the story and check the answer.
请同学们自己读故事,互相讨论接下来发生的事情。
【设计意图】在这一环节,教师通过分段讲述、学生猜测接下来的故事、学生自己读故事、自己讲述接下来的故事这几个环节让学生们充分理解故事文本。 三.Practice
1. 教师出示PPT,对难点内容进行解释,并通过“I say , you do”这一环节,检测学生对难点的掌握程度。教师说短语,比如jumped on the bed, fell off, bumped his head, called, said等等,学生做动作。接着教师加快速度说短语,学生快速做动作。 2. Listen and read
听整个故事内容,当听到表示过去时态的动词时,学生可以边说边做动作。 3. Let’s chant
Five little monkeys jumped on the bed.
One fell off and bumped his head. The mama called the doctor. The doctor said,
“No more monkeys jumping on the bed” ….. 4. Let’s act!
【设计意图】在这一环节,教师首先对难点内容进行了处理,帮助学生更好的理解和运用难点内容。接着通过学生听整个完整的故事和chant,使得学生对故事内容的理解更深入,最后通过表演环节,充分调动学生的热情和兴趣。 四.Consolidation 1. Retell the story.
2. What can you learn from the story?
【设计意图】教师首先通过师生一起绘制思维导图来复习整个故事内容。在这一环节中,教师利用三个关键词:first, then,finally请同学们以小组合作形式完成思维导图的绘制。接着师请同学们思考:从这个故事中你们学到了什么?从而进行了情感教育,让学生明白不要做危险的事情,而且能理解妈妈的辛苦,学会体谅妈妈! Homework:
